The information I got from searching myself up in the police computer was life changing. They have a whole case on me missing. They said I ran away from home and went to the woods. They found a piece of my clothing in the near by river so they said I was dead. "December 1st, my mom's birthday, Jose Rodriguez body was never found in the rivers of California, probably eatin by crocodiles." That's what I found out.
"Does you being found dead and people not be looking for you make it easier to run away or harder to stay away?"
I finally left town. I made my choice and since no one's looking for me I might as well just keep going. There's no reason for me to stay. I don't know Shannon and if she only wanted me to stay, but I have a plan. I'm going to make it to Canada. No matter what I have to do.
"Leave, run away, don't look back. All things that make you wanna stay even more."
Since I'm travaling lighter now I'm getting farther than before. I'm getting hungry so I'm going to do a eat and dash. I go to a dinner, eat as much as I can and then run when I'm done. I could get caught, but it's the fastest way to get te food I need.
"It feels wrong getting what you want and making others suffer. Every action you do will have its consicuenses."
I found a dinner. They're very busy today so they ain't paying attention to me. I'm getting full and feel like I won't be able to run. I used the bathroom to empty up a little. When I got out there was two guys fighting and everyone was paying attention. I watched for a few then realized this is my chance. As I start heading towards the door I feel a hand grab me.
"Everyone has a bad day. What makes it bad is how you think about it."
