It was early morning for Samuel, saying goodbye to his family at the church before leaving to meet up with Issei though the thought caused the young man to grim a bit. Memories of the previous night began to resurface in his mind which caused him to stop in his tracks. There were so many questions needed to be answered yet he was having trouble figuring out what was going on in this town. He started to review last night's events from the beginning to the end, from making it back to the church to receive the news from Father Donathan about the Mayor's decision on closing the church to Rias's promise about saving his best friend's life.

Samuel stood in the middle of the park, Rias Gremory behind him while holding a dying Issei in her hands. She was still in shock at what she just witnessed just moments ago; that was the pure strength and power of Samuel Kong. A human who one shot a fallen angel, it should be impossible even if said fallen angel may have been taken off guard, yet she witnessed it first hand. The red hair woman was broken from her thoughts when the sounds of footsteps and looked up to find the subject of her mind standing before her.

"You said that you can save him......."

"Y-Yes."

"Do it."

"I-I can't do it h-here, the method needed to help him n-needs to be in a private and secure place. I'm going to take him back to his home and heal him there while you head off back to your place for some rest."

Samuel let a frown from on his face, thinking that the woman could be stalling for time yet he could see the worry in her eyes. He closed his eyes and sighed in confliction of the predicament that they've found themselves in before looking back to Rais. He did not know how the woman knew of Issei's home location but he needed the red head to heal his best friend so with a heavy heart he agreed to her plan. With that Rias Gremory vanished in a wide light of red with Issei in towel which left Sam all by himself in the middle of the park.

"Dammit....... Why does all this feel surreal even though I know it is not."

"HEY, SAM!"

Samuel turned to see who had called out to him and was taken back to see Issei running towards him while waving his hand. He seemed fine, better then how the last time Sam saw him with a large hole in the middle of his stomach. Issei made it over to Sam but stopped to notice the glaze look over his eyes and called out to his best friend to see what was the matter but the other male just waved it off. Samuel could already tell that Issei doesn't seem to have a whole lot of memory about what happened last night and the events that took place.

The two made their way towards the school, Issei took the moment to ask Sam if he remembers anything about Yuuma but he played it off as not knowing much about her. Upon arriving at the Academy Issei took off to meet up with Matsuda and Motohama who were the other two members of the perverted trio. He was going to see if either of the two knew anything about Yuuma but Sam knew that they wouldn't have any knowledge of the girl. He began to believe that Rias had something to do with all this, though he didn't know how or why which he hopes will be answered later on the day. The rest of the day went off without any interesting happening as Sam and Issei went on to their class.

Later on, the two were waiting in the classroom to be fetched by one of Rais's friends, that's when the entire room lit up with screams of delight from the girls. The reason for this is because that one Yuuto Kiba had entered the room and had just taken one step into the room before he was swarmed by a large group of girls. Kiba was a young man of above average looks with blonde hair kept short, blue eyes and a mole underneath his left eye. Like Sam and Issei, Kiba also wore the male version of Kuoh's uniform and was making his way over to the pair. Sam could already tell that Kiba was the one here to fetch them to Rais and that fact was confirmed when he announced it.

The trio walked out of the classroom while the girls were starting to mumble and whisper to themselves as rumors were being thrown about one way to another. They left the main school building, making their way to the Occult Research building where they were greeted by the members of said club.

Seating on one of the couches was a young petite girl eating sweets, she had white hair and golden borderline yellow eyes. This was Koneko Toujou and she was a first year student of Kuoh Academy along with being one of Sam's friends. The moment their eyes meet, Koneko's eyes widen before she gains control over them and gives the taller male a small wave which he returns. This kinda shocked the other two and were about to ask questions on how the two knew each other when someone else appeared.

"Oh, do we have guests?~"

The boys' turned their heads and laid eyes upon Akeno Himejima who was a beautiful young woman with a voluptuous figure, very long black hair and violet eyes. Her hair is tied in a long ponytail, reaching all the way down to her legs with two strands sticking out from the top and sloping backward, with an orange ribbon keeping it in place. Like with the rest of the girls at the Academy she was wearing the female version of the school's uniform.

"Hello there, I'm Akeno and it's a pleasure to meet you."

"I'm Sam. Samuel Kong, and this is Issei."

"H-Hi t-there..."

Real smooth there Issei, Sam thought to himself, getting all flustered because a girl is talking to you.

"Sorry to keep you all waiting."

Everyone's attention was taken by the voice of Rais Gremory who appeared from behind the curtains of... hold on, was that a shower! How the hell did they miss that while coming in?! The red hair woman stepped out into the open and gave them a smile.

"Now then, let's get down to business."

——[ One LONG Explanation Later ]——

Sam's head was swimming with the information that Rais had just laid on them and to be frank it seemed like crap. She explains about how three were three different factions that involved the Devils, Angels, and Fallen Angels along with a war that lasted for years. Rais went deeper into the explanation when she revealed that Issei was a reincarnated Devil of the Gremory House. That meant he was now Rais's servant, just like how everyone else was within the room. Not only that put she also began to explain about sacred gears, the main reason why Issei was targeted by the fallen angels, and how he could activate it.

"I hope that explanation cleared some things that you were wondering about."

"It k-kinda does yet I'm still having trouble wrapping my head around it." Issei said while letting out a sigh of stress.

"I only have one question, I get why Issei is here but what about me?"

"The reason why you are here Samuel, is that I believe you hold power within your body that makes you stronger than a human. Whether it's a sacred gear or possibly something remains a mystery until we figure out. But there is another thing...."

"I can properly already guess..."

"Samuel Kong, I want you to join my peerage."
