After the accident, Y/n was rushed to the nearest hospital and Jin to the closest super speciality hospital which coincidentally was the SLIMS in Saar.

(Jin Focus)
(At the scene)
The accident had been reported and Jin had been knocked unconscious because of the shock. Apparently, the airbag on the driver's side was faulty and it had deflated before it absorbed any of the shock due to which Jin's head had somehow hit the steering wheel. He had some serious injuries that also could be declared as vision loss or broken forelimbs.
"Triage Priority 1 here! Come quick!" The paramedics had managed to get Jin out of the car and covered all his wounds once he was placed on the stretcher. "Hang O+ and let's run."
"What about that girl?" The other doctor asked. One of them went to check on her and asked them to take Jin and that they'll take care of her.
"Alright people! We need to move quickly now or we'll lose him. Let's head to..." The lady in charge took a look at her checklist and inspected it before ordering, "SLIMS, Saar!"

(18 minutes later, at SLIMS)
The ambulance halted at the emergency bay of the hospital and doctors were lined up there already, as they were given an ETA for 15 minutes.

The ambulance doors opened and the briefing was given by a paramedic personnel as they rolled his stretcher down while shifting him onto a hospital gurney.
"ID- Kim Seokjin, 24 years old male, RR-9, hypotensive, head trauma, possible multiple fractures, GCS-8, subdural hematoma, engaged in a car accident, head-on col-"
The lady didn't even finish and Jin started to crash. "He's coding!" The paramedic shrieked and started CPR.
"Call the OR and tell them we're coming! Page neuro, ortho and cardio immediately and get me a portable ultrasound. Come on, people, move!" Dr Felicia, the Head of General Surgery, ordered and rushed the gurney through the hospital corridors while looking into his heart through the ultrasound.

They reached the OR and Jin's skin was sterilised swiftly as the scrub nurses were already set to roll and brushed his form with Povidone-iodine. While the surgeons were scrubbing in and getting gowned by the other nurses, the interns took a quick X-ray of Jin's arms. He had been given some basic anesthetics so he was not at a stage where he would immediately die. He was highly critical but could wait for couple more minutes.
