Luz P.O.V
"Bye Amity!" I called out to her as she walked away. She silently waved back and continued. "She's such a good friend isn't she." I said to Willow. Willow gave me a 'you sure' look. "What? " I asked her. "Nothing." Willow shook her head.

(Le next day!)

We were walking in the halls since we had a bit of time before school starts. Gus said a funny joke making us all laugh. I looked at amity as she was giggling. "Cute- wait what?! Luz dont think that she's your friend!" "You ok Luz? You kinda spaced out?" Amity asked me giving me a confused look.

I blushed. "Y-yeah." I stuttered out. The school bell rings through out the hallways meaning classes start. "Well see you guys later!" I waved them goodbye I as walked away. They waved back as they went on their own ways.

(Some classes later)

I was in abomination class with Amity. She sits in front of me next to a window. While I sat behind her. She was focusing on her work while I... was distracted by her." I never notice she was this pre- wait... Dont think like that Luz she's your friend remember!" I was lost in thoughts as I was staring at her.

Amity P.O.V
I was writing down some notes when I looked back at Luz. I notice she was staring at me making me blush a bit. I gave a sly smile, and a small wave. She looked she snapped out of her thoughts. She blushed and waved back.

I went back to writing notes. Soon the bell rang, and the teacher let us out for lunch. I got my things, and got up and headed to the door. As a crowd of students walks to the cafeteria Luz and I were talking. She seemed to be blushing and stuttering. But I just shrugged it off.

Luz P.O.V
"Why am I acting so nervous around her!? And why is my heart beats fast when I see her!? I'm such a bi panic." As we made it to our table with our lunch. I couldn't stop looking at Amity. I then felt a punch on my shoulder. I looked who did it, and it was Willow giving me a smug look.

"What?" I whispered to her. "You like her dont you?" Willow whispered back. I blushed beet red. "Now I dont!" I whispered yelled. "Sure you do." She said sarcastically. I let out a breath of annoyance. "Maybe I do like her? Uuuh why is love so confusing?!"

(Skipping to after school at the owl house)

As I walk in the owl house I was confused. Do I like Amtiy? No that can be possible were friends, and she probably likes someone already. Is it true tho? I let out a groan in annoyance and flopped on the couch. I then saw eda drinking apple blood. "You look like your confuse." Eda stated.

"Because I am." I retorted back. "Mind telling what's on your mind?" She asked me. "I- I dont know I may have a crush on amity i- i just dont know if I do." I said. "Well looks like that blight has you confused doesnt she." Eda gave me smug look. "Yup." I agreed. "Well then do you like, like her?" Eda asked me.

"Yeah..." I answered rather confused why she asked me that. "Well how about you ask her out then." Eda told me. I blushed beet red. "How can I do that!? I dont know if she even likes me like that back?!" I put my face in my palms.

"She does kid." Eda said still drinking her apple blood. "And how do you know that?" I mumbled. Eda laughed. "What's so funny?" I asked her. "Kid she obviously like you! Everyone knows your just so oblivious." Eda stated. "Shes right, it's kinda funny seeing you break her heart when you call her your "friend." King laughed along.

"Wait she likes me back!? Was I that oblivious?! Ugh I'm such a terrible person?!" "Dont beat your self up kid." Eda reaussered me. "How about you confess her this weekend!? I heard there's gonna be there gonna be a carnival going on." King suggested. "Hey that's not a bad idea." I agreed.

"Ok then its settled you ask that blight out tomorrow." Eda told me. "F-fine." I agreed still blushing madly.
