*The Ponds House, Night*

"Dear Santa, thank you for the dolls and the pencils and the fish. It's Easter now so I hope I didn't wake you. But honest, it is an emergency." Amelia began with her thick Scottish accent while Lillian was getting ready for bed. "There's a crack in our wall. Aunt Sharon say it's an ordinary crack, but.... I know it's not, because, at night, there's voices. So please, please, could you send someone to fix it? Or a policeman. Or..." Amelia gets interrupted by a loud whirring sound and a huge crash in the bushes causes Amelia to open her eyes a Lillian to rush to get her dark/navy blue coat from the rack and head outside. " Back in a moment" Amelia says to Santa' before rushing to the window with a torch in hand.

*Outside, Night*

A smoking blue box crashed into their garden. It read 'POLICEBOX'. "Thank you Santa" she whisperers before going to catch up with her sister.

As Amelia wondered into the garden, she met up with her sister in front of the blue box. "Do you reckon there is someone inside?" Lillian questioned her sister (a/n yes she is a very smart 7 ish year old or something 💀 don't question it). She didn't respond to her slightly younger sister.

Suddenly the doors bust open, Lillian push her sister back a little in shock as a metal anchor is thrown next to her feet and embedded into the muddy ground. A sweaty man with brown floppy hair pops his head above the base of the police box causing the girls to stumble back. "Can I have an apple?" the singed-clothed stranger asks. "All i can think about is apple. I love apples. Maybe I'm having a craving. That's new, never had cravings before."

The man struggles to climb out of the mysterious and also smoking blue box. "Whooo. Look at that!" The man exclaims while looking into the smog filled box "Are you ok?" Lillian questions shyly. "Just had a fall, right to the library. Hell of a climb back up." the stranger responds. "Your soaking wet!" Amelia points out. "I was in the swimming pool." he says. "You said you were in the library?" Lillian contradicts the previous statement made by the raggedy man on the edge of the blue box. "So was the swimming pool." He simply explains. Lillian rolls her eyes at the simplistic comment. " Are you the policeman?" Amelia questioned. "Why? Did you call a policeman?" He says abruptly. "Did you come about the crack in our wall?" Lillian says timidly. "What crack? AHH!" he said falling off of the box onto the ground in a slight pain. "You alright, mister?" Amelia then says after a few minutes.

"I'm fine. It's ok. This is all perfectly nor..." he denies before gagging, cutting himself off. He looks up right and coughs as gold mist escaped his mouth freely. "Who are you?" Lillian questions. The gold mist then returns on his hands, flowing through his veins. "I don't know yet, I'm still cooking." the sisters both have looks of confusion on their faces. "Does it scare you?" He asks. "No, it just looks a bit weird." Amelia responds. "No, no, no the crack in your wall, does it scare you?" the strange man corrects. "Yes" Lillian responded to his correction.

He jumps up effortlessly so he is standing. "Well, then, no time to lose. I'm the Doctor. Do everything I tell you, don't ask stupid questions and don't wander off." The man turns around and runs straight into a tree causing him the collapse on the floor. "You alright?" Lillian asks, trying the hold back a slight laugh at the fall from the person now on the floor outside.  "Early days. Steering's a bit off." The Ponds look at him with a confusion for about the fifth time in the span of like 2 minutes. They all make their way into the Pond's house to the kitchen to grab the apple the make craved when he first talked to them.

"If you're a Doctor, why does your box say Police?" Amelia askes with a hint of sass as she gives him an apple. He bits into the apple then spits it our spraying the floor with apple bits as some lands on the counter the youngish sister was sitting on prior.
