As the Doctor and Lily drive their way to the hospital to meet Amy and Rory, who were already inside, they received a phone call from the younger Pond herself, Amelia. Lily picks up the phone and puts it on speaker between the middle of the couple so they can both hear the conversation over the blaring sirens of the fire engine they 'stole', more like temporarily borrowed in both of their opinions.
"Are you in?" The Doctor asks. Amy replies with a simple " Yep."
"But so's Prisoner Zero."
"You need to get out of there"
Rory is heard exclaiming over the mobile phone as a screeching was also present
"Amy? Amy, what's happening?" Lily questioned, worried for the safety of her sister
Amy and Rory run into the ward and bar the doors with a broom through the handles.
" Amy, talk to me!" This time the Doctor spoke into the speaker.
" We're in the coma ward, but it's here. It's getting in."
" Which window are you?" He spoke again, coming up with a plan inside that magical head of his.
"What, sorry?"
" Which window?" Lily repeated so the Doctor could concentrate.
"First floor, on the left, fourth from the end."
Coma ward
The broom finally gives up inside of the Coma ward leaving Rory and Amy defenceless as Prisoner Zero walks in
"Oh, dear little Amelia Pond. I've watched you grow up. Twelve years, and you never even knew I was there. Although Lillian was smart enough to figure it out and all about me. Little Amelia Pond, waiting for her magic Doctor to return. But not this time, Amelia." Prisoner Zero's form had taken to a black haired mother and two girls, holding hands with each other like a weird cult.
Amy gets a text from Rory's phone. "Duck!" They do as the fire engine ladder comes crashing through the window. The Doctor appears first and helps Lily through the window to crouch and then stand with the other two as Prisoner Zero watched from across the room.
"Right! Hello. Am I late?" The Doctor looks o the clock. the time reads 11:48 "No, three minutes to go. So still time."
The Mother, Prisoner Zero, spoke "Time for what, Time Lord?"
"Take the disguise off. They'll find you in a heartbeat. Nobody dies."
"The Atraxi will kill me this time. If I am to die, let there be fire."
"Ho, Hooo Okay. You came to this world by opening a crack in space and time. Do it again. Just leave."
"I did not open the crack."
" Somebody did." Lily spoke as they made their way to stand next to the Doctor
"The cracks in the skin of the universe, don't you know where they came from? You don't, do you?"
She changes to a little girl's voice from beside her
"The Doctor in the Tardis doesn't know. Doesn't know. Doesn't know!"
Then back to the adult voice of the mother. The clock tick to 00:00, resetting themselves.
"The universe is cracked. The Pandorica will open. Silence will fall."
