*12 Years Later*

* The Pond's house, Day

The Police Box appears in their garden once more. The Doctor steps out coughing "Amelia! Lillian! I worked out what it was. I know what I was missing! You two have to get out of there." he shouts while he uses the screwdriver on the door. "Amelia? Lillian? Are you alright? Are you two there?" he questions while running up the stairs of the house. "Prisoner Zero is here. Prisoner Zero is here! Prisoner Zero is here! Do you understand me? Prisoner Zero is..." he tries to say before being knocked out with a cricket bat due to Amelia. "Lily! Come here!" Lily rushes to Amelia's outburst. "What is it? Oh my god..." Lily says in disbelief. " Who is it?" Amelia questions. "Amy, It's him." Lily manages to say. Amy grabs her fake handcuffs and using them to cuff the Doctor to the radiator.

A few or so minutes later, he dizzily wakes up as Amy and Lily stare at him (without him knowing their true identity). "White male, mid-20s, breaking and entering. Send me some back up, I've got him restrained." Amy says into her fake radio as her  outfit corresponding to a police officer while the sister stood next to her wearing normal clothes. "Oi you! Sit still." Amy exclaims as the Doctor starts to move. "Cricket bat. I'm getting cricket bat." He manages to word out. "You were breaking and entering." Lily says playing along with the scenario , acting as the house owner.

The doctor tries to stand but gets pulled back down by the handcuffs on the radiator. Lily quietly snorted at this. "Well, that's much better. Brand-new me, whack on the head. Just what I needed" the Doctor whispers. "Do you want to shut up now? I've got backup on the way." Amy says fed-up. "Hang on, wait you're a policewoman." The Doctor says obliviously.

"And you're breaking and entering, see how this works?" Lily speaks up. "But, what are you doing here? Where is Amelia and Lillian?" the Doctor says with a concern with his voice. "Amelia and Lillian Pond?" Lily asks. "Yeah. Two Little Scottish girls. Where are they? I promised them 5 minutes..." The Doctor questioned and trailed off. " But the engines were phasing." The Doctor says and Lily whispers. "I suppose I must have gone a bit far. Has something happened to them?" the Doctor asks with worry.

"Amelia and Lillian Pond haven't lived here in a long time." Amy says quickly. The Doctor's mouth drops. "How long?" "6 Months" Amy replied to try and cover up the fact it is them, the Pond twins, unknown to the Doctor . "No, no, no! I can't be 6 months late! I said 5 minutes. I promised." He denied. At those last words Lily dropped her head low to the ground as the Doctor seemed genuinely concerned for their safety. "What happened to them? What happened to Amelia and Lillian Pond?" concern filled his words. "Sarge, it's me again. Hurry it up, this guy knows something abut Amelia Pond." she says into the 'radio'.

"I need to speak to whoever lives in this house now." The Doctor said darkly. " We live here" Lily says. "But she's the police" " Yes, and this is where she lives. You got a problem with that?" Lily responds with some sass in her tone. "How many rooms?" The Doctor questioned the sisters. "I'm sorry, what?" Amy asks confused. "How many rooms on this floor? Count them for me now." He asks again. "Why?" "Because it will change you life." he responded simply.
" 5" Amy says.
"6" Lily disagreed.
"There are 6. Look" the Doctor denied. "Where?" Amy asked. "Where you don't want to look. Where you never want to look." The Doctor explained. "In the corner of your eye. Look behind you" Lily finished for him. Amy hesitantly looked in the corner of her eye.

"That is not possible." Amy simply says. "There is a perception filter round the door." Lily and the Doctor sync. He looked at her in disbelief. She replied as they caught his stare "I like science."
"Sensed it the last time I was here. Should've seen it." He says not loosing eye contact with Lily.

"That's a whole room. A whole room I've never even noticed." Amy says in disbelief. "The filter stops you. Something came a while ago and hide. It's still hiding. You need to uncuff me now!" " The Doctor demanded, finally shifting his concentration to the matter at hand.
