Chapter 6:Ohhh...

Layla's POV
Once I got to school I went straight to my locker to put my things up. When I got to first period I sat down and got my notes out.

"Okay class,today we will be studying World War II." My teacher told everyone

"Does anyone know-"My teacher started but was interrupted by the door opening. Once I turned around I saw that it was Will

"Late again Mr.Behlendorf?" My teacher asked

"Sorry Mr.Ryan,it won't happen again" He said quickly and sat down

"Good,now as I was saying before I was interrupted,Does anyone know how World War II started?" He asked the whole class

"Why are you always late?" I whisper

"Why are you always on time?" He asked mocking me

"Because I'm a good student" I told him

"Whatever. Oh,and I've been meaning to ask you,why did you run away when you saw me at the park yesterday?" He asked

"Because I sang out loud in front of a bunch of people. Why do you care anyways? You were hanging out with your girlfriend,why were you watching me?" I ask looking away

"What? I don't have a girlfriend" he said with a confused look on his face

"I wish i did" he mumbled but loud enough for me to hear him

"Then who was that girl at the park with you?" I ask looking back at him

"Oh,you mean my sister? Her name is A'lysai."he told me. God I felt like an idiot

"Ohh..." I mumbled

"Layla,Will. Please stop talking" my teacher said

"Yes sir" Will and I said in sync

After that we stopped talking and listed to the teacher talk about World War II.
