It was a couple hours before Ryan got back to Jack and Geoff on the whole Team Lads situation. He then gave them all his research in an efficient, yet still quite long, string of text messages, which I will just give you the long and short of, because really, it was more information than any person could ever really need.
Team Lads is a three man team, similar to Team Gents, and I suppose if you wanted to pin a leader to the team it would be Michael Jones, who seems to call most of the shots and bark most of the orders, with the two other people on the team being Gavin Free and Ray Narvaez Jr.
Michael is a tank, a heavy damage dealer who can also take a lot of damage. He uses a great broadsword as his primary weapon, which appears to be made of diamond due to the vibrant shade of blue the blade is. It is mostly used for damage alone, being able to pull off any kind of sword maneuver easily, but it can also fire laser-like bright blue beams of light that stun, paralyze, and injure as well. Michael’s other weapon is a giant chain gun, which fires extremely rapidly, soaking whoever it’s up against in bullets within an instant. The bullets it fires are also incendiary rounds, which can quickly light an adversary on fire. Lastly is Michael’s ability, Barbarian’s Wrath, which powers up his attack and the damage he deals, sending him into a rage if he either deals enough damage or takes enough damage. Michael also wears heavy plate armor, which provides his protection, though it does slow him down a bit.
Gavin is the wildcard of the team. He’s a ranger with a mastery of bows, and also dabbles in explosives. Gavin’s primary weapon is an ornate bow that has various runes carved into it. The bow fires precision arrows that can easily takeout an opponent, said ammunition also causing a poison effect to any target it hits. The second weapon Gavin uses is a powerful longsword. It has a blade of gold that appears to be able to separate into four segments, and a hilt crafted of obsidian. Not only can it be used for close range combat, the sword can also produce shock waves that knock adversaries back, and blinds anyone who it strikes. Gavin also switched out his ability for a third weapon, a powerful grenade launcher. It fires deadly grenades across maps, said grenades also being able to stick to any foes they touch. Gavin’s attire is thick hide armor, which has various kinds of explosives stored wherever possible on it, allowing Gavin to create traps or surprise ambushes at any time.
Ray is the biggest threat. He’s an assassin, his primary weapon being the combo of a dagger and sword. The dagger has a blood red blade and is used for swift, sharp cuts, and inflicts slowness on whoever it is being used against, while the sword has a fairly deep green blade and is for more deliberate, precise slashes, as well as giving an adversary paralysis. Together, these weapons make up Ray’s main way of attacking, the two usually being called “The Rose.” Ray’s secondary is an extremely accurate sniper rifle, which can freeze opponents if they are hit by bullets from the weapon. It is usually used to pick off foes from long range, and can be extremely deadly. Finally, Ray’s ability is called Death’s Shadow, and allows him to cloak and become invisible temporarily, which he uses to travel the battlefield and achieve stealthy executions. Ray wears a dark cloak to hide himself and the throwing knives he carries along with his weapons, as well as light leather armor with chainmail underneath, making his armor light but also protective.
With the research done, all that was left to do was to make a plan. A plan that would allow Team Gents to reclaim the top spot on the Anarchy Leaderboard that was rightfully theirs.
