Ashni POV:

We are back in the car and going towards my house. But all I kept thinking is that scene in the rain, where Roshan held me so close that I was able to feel his heartbeat. That moment when we were looking into each other eyes, the whole world around us was halted. We didn't care where we were, what we were doing, and what's happening around us. All I was able to think about it is that I am with Roshan and very close. That moment, I felt that its only Roshan's arms I will ever want to be in. And I was able to feel that he also feels the same way for me. I was able to see love and care in his eyes.

I really don't know how long we were in that position

I really don't know how long we were in that position. We came out of our trance when we heard a car honk. He helped me to stand and then we both became awkward and didn't talk a word. After two minutes, he gestured me to get into the car. We both got into the car and he started to ride towards my home. The ride was too quiet, so I turned on the radio, and my favourite song was playing at the same time, well current favourite. Kulke ke Jine ka tareeka tumhe sikate hai....

He smiled at the song. I turned to him, and then he gave me his million-dollar smile. And I couldn't hold back my smile.

"Thanks a lot, Ashni. I really enjoyed a lot today. I usually don't like rains, but for the first time I enjoyed it a lot." he said.

"I am glad, I was helpful," I said.

"You are. Always," he said. I turned towards him at that statement. He just gave me a smile.

Soon we reached my home,

"Thank you so much," I said and I got down and started walking towards the door, and I turned back for the final glimpse of Roshan for the last time for the day.

"Good night Ashni, sweet dreams," he said, so sweetly that I could faint at that moment. I smiled at him. He drove away. I went inside the house, and my parents were there waiting for me to join them for dinner I feel.

"Sweety, what happened?" Dad came towards me with concern.

"Nothing, she has the same habits just like her mother," my mom replied bringing me a towel.

I smiled at her. "Dad, please don't worry, I am good. Sit down, I will tell you what happened." I made them sit and my mom also got me hot chocolate. I explained to them everything about what happened, the birthday celebrations, the scene created by Roshan, the apology, the dinner treat, the rain, except the little moment that Roshan and I had.
