FRANK:
How did you two meet?
WYETTA:
A friend introduced him to me, a charmer he was. I remember thinking why on earth would he ever be interested in me. (Flashback- Richard introduces himself, kissing her hand.)
FRANK:
And he was the perfect gentleman.
WYETTA:
Oh, just the most perfect. The first love of my life, I remembered the night Richard proposed when he paid Sam Cooke to perform at our house. He was just the most thoughtful.
FRANK: Sam Cooke?
WYETTA:
(Laughing) I know, I've always wanted to meet him.
FRANK:
I think everyone needs a Richard then.
WYETTA:
I'm most grateful for the time I got to spend with him.
FRANK:
I'm sure you are.
