Midoriya groaned at the sound of the alarm, wanting nothing more than to go back to sleep. It was still extremely early, only 5 am. He had to wonder why he had set the alarm so early. Sure, it was a school day, but he didn't usually get up this early.

He slapped the snooze button, stopping the sound, before remembering why he had set it so early.

Right, he was going to start training for UA's entrance exams..

He had planned it all out the night before, after tearing down all of his All Might merch. On school days, he'd wake up at 5, get breakfast, go for a morning run (not jog, run), get ready for school, jot down some hero analysis notes if he had the time, and go to school. Once he came home, he'd do a workout routine in order to work on his strength, and then he'd do some studying.

On weekends and over school breaks he'd wake up at 6, have breakfast, go on a run, do hero analysis, workout for a while, and then he would work on trying to make designs for support items and hero coustumes. Maybe he'd even make some support items, if he had the time.

While he really didn't want to go to school with what had happened yesterday, it was the last week before summer break, so he supposed it was okay.

He got out of the bed, changing into his green track suit as quick as possible.

He went into the kitchen, and got himself a quick breakfast, before heading outside. Not many were awake yet, luckily for him, so he could go on his run in peace.

He started running as fast as he could, which, admitably, wasn't all that fast. His red sneakers pounded against the side walk, legs thrumming with the feeling of blood rushing through them. His pulse quickened, heart beating against his rib cage. It didn't take too long before his lungs began heaving for air. Despite this, he didn't stop. He needed to push himself, afterall. Otherwise he'd never improve.

He had made it around 50 meters, before he had to stop, as his legs felt as if they were on fire, and he could hardly breath. He had been hoping to get farther than this, but, he'd rather not die while training.

So, he walked back home, and started getting ready for school.

Midoriya's training had been going pretty well, although his muscles were sore more often than not. He was only two months into his training, but he had progressed decently. He could now run a full 65 meters without tiring out at his full speed (which had remained the exact same), and he could lift up to 50 pounds, although it was still pretty hard to do for very long.

He had also filled up a new hero analysis book already, although it was a lot more detailed than his previous ones.

Along with that, he had come up with several support item and coustume ideas, although he scraped most of them. The support item idea that he had kept was a gauntlet that could launch out blades that were similar to knifes. They would be attached to the gauntlets by 5 kilometers of hemp twine, which could be retracted. Meaning, he could use the gauntlets similarly to grappling hooks, or for attacking.

He was currently in his room, doing push ups. "31....32....33....3-" As he was counting, his arms gave out, too tired and sore from all of the work he'd been doing. He collapsed to the floor with a loud thud, barely able to move his arms, let alone push himself back up again.

So he lay there, frustrated at the fact that he couldn't move, couldn't continue. He wasn't there for too long though, because Inko rushed over to his room as soon as she had heard the sound. "Izuku, sweetie, are you okay? What happened?" She frantically asked, quickly moving to help him up.

"I'm fine, mom, really... I just sort of... collapsed, I guess..?" Midoriya replied as she sat him down on his bed. "Oh, Izuku, sweetie... You can't overwork yourself like this! You'll hurt yourself!" Inko said, grabbing his arms to inspect them.

"Well... At least it doesn't look like you're injured too badly.. Let's go see a doctor too double check, though." She stood up from her seat on his bed, and Midoriya knew that there was no point in arguing. So, he simply stood up, and followed her, trying not too move his arms around too much.

After that incident, Inko had decided to get Midoriya a trainer, so that way he wouldn't overwork himself again.

Midoriya was grateful that she had atleast let him continue training at all. While he knew that she tried her best to support him, he also knew that she worried about him almost constantly.

And now, the entrance exam was only a month away.

Midoriya felt that he was more than ready for it.
