The End

The sun is shining on your skin and you close your eyes. The warmth crawls over your face while you smile brightly.

You feel released, calm and... happy?

For the very first time you feel actually happiness.

Accepting the fact that you will never be a monsterhunter again was hard but you did it.

You are a demon, because to the curse your father gave you. Yet you can't be mad at him, you will always remember him as you father that loved you and tried to protect his family.

Your brother on the other hand is something else. You feel no regret for killing Baekhyun. He deserved it.

Something in him was broken and you don't know why. But you decide to let that question rest and enjoy the time you have now.

You almost died and so did Taehyung but thanks to each other, you survived.

Now you just have to enjoy the time you have with your friends, your grandfather and of course with Taehyung.

A hand slowly touched your cheek. "You were dreaming again, weren't you?"

A handsome tall boy asks you with a box smile.

You nod slowly while giving him a smile in return. "I'm sorry, it's just a little unbelievable. So much has happened in such a short time."

Taehyung pecks your lips and pulls you closer by your waist. "That's right but it ended good so let's remember that."

"I will." You smile brightly and look to your right at the beautiful sight.

Standing outside the mansion while watching the sun go down with your lover is just perfect.

All of sudden, Taehyung smirks. "Besides, let's remember how badass you were in your demon shape. You looked amazing."

A blush appears on your face. "It's no big deal, all demons can to that."

"Maybe but yours is way cooler. I mean your eyes are as dark as the night and those wing are so hot."

"Okay, stop with the flirting." You push him soflty getting flushed.

Taehyung only chuckles at your reaction but immediately hugs you tightly. "I love you." He whispers with a sigh.

"And I love you too." You answer with all the love you have for this man.

All of sudden, Taehyung's phone rings.

"Great, perfect timing." Taehyung mumbles while breaking the hug.

"Hello?"

You don't really listen to the conversation of Taehyung so you stare at the view you have from the mountains.

The wind plays with your hair while the sun starts to go down.

When you look back at Taehyung, you see the biggest smirk you've ever seen.

"What's wrong?"

"I got some exciting news."

Curiosity fills your body. "Tell me." You say while crossing your arms.

"Chodae just called. We have our first mission together. Five little devils are having a party at the graveyard. I think we should investigate."

You smile brightly while clapping your hands. "Yes! Let's go!"

But before you could go, Taehyung pulls you back. "No no, you are not going in car."

"And how am I supposed to go then?"

He smirks again while tapping your shoulder. "With those pretty wings of you."

Shaking your head you push his hand away. "I can't smart-ass. People will see."

"It's getting dark darling. Of course you can."

You hesitate a little. But you have to admit that you really want to spread your wings right now.

"Okay I will. But only if we have a race. Whoever is first at the graveyard gets a free massage." You smirk.

"Get ready to lose."

"Bet."

And with that Taehyung runs towards his car while you close your eyes.

Your teeth start to grow together with your nails. The brown eye colour changes to black and finally your wings spread themselves open wide.

A sigh leaves your lips while opening your eyes.

And with no effort, you take off into the dark night.

As fast as you can you fly towards Taehyung and in less then a second you catch up with him.

You see him driving with a smirk while watching you fly.

Of course he know you would win, it's just the sight of you flying and being yourself that makes him the happiest man on earth.

You start flying fasting while Taehyung follows.

And with the biggest smile, you let the wind go through your hair and you fly into the dark night towards your very first mission with Taehyung.
