Singularity

Your heart dropped the moment you heard Jin shouting that sentence.

"Taehyung stopped breathing!"

It's like your body reacts automatically. You sit up straight, ignoring the dizziness that overwhelmes you. "I-I need to see him."

Namjoon is the first one to react. "No Jiyun. You're too weak. You need to rest while we are going to help Taehyung!" He turns around towards Jin.

"I'm coming with you! Jimin and Chodae, stay with Jiyun!" He left before you could say something.

Chodae puts her shaking hands on your shoulders, trying to push you down softly. "Please lay down Jiyun.. T-Taehyung is going to be okay.." She whispers while crying. You hear the fear in her voice.

Pushing her hands away, you back off. "N-no! I have to see him!" Something inside you shouts that you have to be there with him.

Jimin suddenly stands besides Chodae with a syrince in his hand. "This is for your own good Jiyun. I'm sorry."

'Anesthetic' You think while watching him coming closer. He can't, you have to go to Taehyung.

Your body react immediately, you jump away and transform once again. Black wings unfold them out of your back as your nails grown and skin color changes to black.

You push Jimin on the ground. "I'm s-sorry but I have to see him." You whisper before running accros the room towards to door.

Even though you hear Chodae shouting your name, you keep running on full speed. Following your instinct, you know that it will lead you to Taehyung.

All of sudden you reach a door which made you stop. Your head start pounting while your legs start to shake.

Still, you keep going because all you need to see is Taehyung.

You open the door and meet Jin's shocked eyes. "Jiyun, you're-" But you ignore him and stumble past him.

Then you finally see Taehyung laying on the bed. His mouth a little open but his face is pale.

You see Namjoon stepping away from him while lowering his head.

"You don't need to see this Jiyun." Jin tries to take you with him but you ignore him once again.

You keep walking, eyes fixed on the boy you love with your whole heart. A sudden wave of tiredness rushes through your body that makes you transform back to your normal self.

Your wings disappear while your skin color changes back.

Reaching Taehyung, you fall harshly on your knees besides him. Yet you don't feel the pain. The only thing that matters is Taehyung.

He breaths dangerously slow and it can stop any moment, just like yours. Breathing for you becomes difficult but you have only eye for the man laying in front of you.

"Jiyun you have to let me check on you. Your heart-" You interrupt Namjoon by holding up your shaking hand.

"Please..."

Slowly you move that hand towards Taehyungs cheek. "I-it's all fine now. It's fine." You whisper while breathing unregularly.

With your last strength, you lift yourself up to sit besides him. Then you lay your head on his chest. "It's okay now..."

When you breath in, he breaths in and when you breath out, he breaths out.

Chodae runs into the room together with Jimin. Seeing you and Taehyung, makes her sobbing quietly, knowing very well what's happening.
