Travelling at the speed of light are Evan & Nea's atoms within the amulet. The tablet's mechanism seems to have fused both Evan & Nea within the amulet and placed in an unknown location. Their atoms are travelling through what looks to be space and the Northern Lights combined. A few seconds of travelling later, both Nea & Evan start to reappear at the core of the amulet, where everywhere around them is quiet and looks alienated. Evan comes in continuously screaming until he is fully assembled again, where he begins to open his eyes and slowly quiets down. There is no gravity in this realm so the duo float around.
"AHHHHHHhhhhhhhh...ahh?!" Evan slowly screams quieter and quieter until he questions himself and his current location.
Evan looks around him in amazement and also nervous about being in what looks to be a brand-new empty world to him.
"Where... Where are we?!" Questioned Evan.
Meanwhile, Nea is more obsessed with having fun in the no-gravity area in which they're in and starts swimming around the non-gravity by doing flips and swimming strokes. She's enjoying herself. She hasn't discovered this part of the amulet before as she was in a part where she was kept in hibernating sleep before. Suddenly, Evan gets a phone call from his mother. He takes out his phone and looks shocked at how he is even getting a phone call from where he is.
"There's phone reception in here?" Baffled Evan.
Evan accepts the call and puts it to his ear where Carey is on the other side of the line.
"Hey, honey! How have you been? Up to anything at the minute?" Carey happily questioned.
"Oh, hey Mum. I'm just, you know... Hovering around the place." Awkwardly joked Evan as he looked around the place.
"Oh, so chilling a bit today? That's nice to hear! Always nice to have a break for a bit. Sounds awfully quiet there right now." Wondered Carey.
Meanwhile, Nea is still floating around and having fun in the background of their conversation.
"Weeeee!" Nea smiled.
"Oh, never mind. I hear someone now. Sounds like they're having fun!" Carey noted.
"Haha... Yep. That's how much fun we're having here... at camp." Evan awkwardly lies.
"I'm glad to hear it! Gosh, I don't know why I was so worried about you going there in the first place! Also, it sounds like the phone connection is much better today!"Beamed Carey.
Meanwhile, as the phone conversation is happening, some floating bright crystal starts to pivot around a certain central point within the realm. Nea notices them and starts to slowly float closer to them as she gazes her amazement at them with twinkling eyes.
"Ooh!" Gazed Nea.
"Yeah, how about that? I must've found a sweet spot for it." Evan responded.
As the conversation is going on, Nea reaches out slowly to touch one of the crystals. Suddenly, as Nea touches one of the crystals, it begins to react by shaking and making a high-pitched sound. (The equivalent of ice crystals or shards rattling in a cave).
The crystal strangely begins to transform into what looks to be a very alienated and high-tech piece of equipment which looks to be like a big, flat computer monitor with a strange-looking keyboard with glowing buttons on it. Evan watches from a distance as this big translucent computer assembles itself.
"I er... Have to go now, mum." Mentioned Evan.
Carey is caught off guard a little as Evan suddenly decides to want to end the call. But she doesn't think that much of it.
"Oh? Alright, dear. I guess you're about to go out and discover a lot of history with your new friends, right?" Asked Carey.
Evan is trying to speed up the conversation to end the call faster.
"Yuh-huh. Absolutely! Talk to you later mum!" Evan concluded.
"Okay, honey! Bye-bye." Lovingly Carey replied.
As soon as Evan hears the goodbye from his mother, he proceeds to quickly end the call and put his phone away. Evan floats closer to the computer-looking machine. Closely followed by Nea as they look at the monitor screen together.
"What is all this?" Wondered Evan.
Evan ponders and analyses the setup in front of him for the moment until he decides that it might be best to press a random button and see what happens to the machine. He presses one of the larger buttons which instantly glows upon pressing.
The monitor brings up 20 of the same symbols of what looks to be the stone tablets (the same as the one shown engraved into the stone just recently). One of the stone tablet symbols appears to be lit up.
Each of these stone tablet symbols has a line below each of them which all merge into one line. This one line then leads to what looks to be the centre of the Earth. One area of the Earth is lighting up with a circle radius on Mexico. Evan gathers his thoughts and thinks he understands what it all means.
"Okay... So this circular light over Mexico... Did we do that? It looks like it's going down into the Earth's core." Evan guessed.
Evan looks up at the stone tablet symbols. Specifically, the one that's lit up.
"This one is lit up. Did we just activate this one? wait a minute..." Pauses Evan. Evan notices the other 19 tablets are not lit up.
"There's more... THERE'S MORE?! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! THAT WASN'T IT? THERE ARE LOADS TO BE ACTIVATED! You expect me to do this 19 more times?!" Evan yelled in frustration.
Meanwhile, Nea smiles at Evan. Realizing that there's way more work to do. Evan can't help but feel like he has his work cut out for him.
"Oh, poop..." Tiredly Evan frowned.
