Hard to say goodbye

Kita Shinsuke POV

"Y/N didn't come to school today?" I looked at Osamu, trying to remain calm but my guts keeps burning.

"I don't know where she is, I tried to contact her family but it was no avail," Osamu clenches his jaw tightly.

"I see," I look away and sighs quietly.

I take out my phone from my bag.

TEXT MESSAGE

Y/N L/N : Come visit me at the hospital, Room B308, see ya there! ^^

EeE..

I walks into the hospital where Y/n address to me after school ended and begin to make my way and search for the room she's in. Luckily I found it. I knock on the door two time then heard a voice inside the room.

"Are you feeling better now?," An unfamiliar voice.

"Yup I'm feeling okay!," Y/n chuckled softly.

I knock on the door again then the person that I don't recognize tell me to come in, I slowly open the door to see a girl was next to Y/n and feeding her some curry.

"Huh? The captain of Inarizaki volleyball team?," She gasps.

I remember her now, she's the girl who accidentally bump into me.

"Kita-senpai, meet Kanae Imai!" Y/n said happily.

"Nice to meet you, I'm Kita Shinsuke," I smiled and looks at her with a calm expression.

"Yeah, you too Kita," She bow to me and looks back at Y/n, "I will be leaving then, bye Y/n!"

She walk pass me and nod her head.

"Treat her well got it?" She whisper to me before leaving the room.

I chuckle and nod before walking toward Y/n and put my hand on her forehead, her temperature was a bit warmer.

"Are you okay? Are you sick? What happens and why are you in the hospital?" I ask her, worrying.

"Oh! Haha I'm fine don't worry, I already got check in with the doctor so they said that I'm still good to go!" She said to me happily. Yes, happy, but there's an oppsite of happy behind it.

I sighs. The feeling that I want to wrap my arms around her and hug her, but don't have the privilege. I can feel the lies beneath her, it was like an earthquakes shaking when someone isn't really being honest. I restrain myself from hugging her and lifts up the bag I made for her.

"Kanae Chan put some medicine inside my curry, it taste bad like spicy peppermint in pork!" Y/n whined like a baby.

"Kanae, she's very thoughtful," I couldn't help myself and laugh at her quietly. Y/n stop and look at me with a smile on her face.

"Kita-senpai! Let's take a photo together!," she asked excitedly, taking out a camera that Kanae left.

"Sure why not?," I beams.

I move closer to her to be in the camera. We both smiles and Y/n pose at the camera before snapping a picture.

*CLICK*

Y/N POV

As soon as Kita leave I was staring at the night sky with tears rolling down my eyes.
