"Are you sure you want to spend 1,700 dollars this early in the morning?" The cashier says to you. You nod your head, and hand the cashier your card. He swipes it, you pay for the camera, he hands it to you and you head back into the streets.
"It'll all be worth it, right?" you say, tossing the camera around in your hands, eventually deciding to put the strap around your neck and carrying it that way.
"<Y/N>! I didn't think I'd find you here" a familiar voice chirps behind you. You turn around to see that Waldo had found you again. When was the last time you even had to search for him? For a brief moment you get distracted by his charming smile, and you must shake your head.
"It's.. nice to see you again" you say softly, keeping a tight grip on the camera.
"It's nice to see you again too." He says. You take a deep breath before lifting up the camera in full display to Waldo.
"I wanted to try something today. We're traveling again, right? I was thinking maybe we could-"
"Document our travels? That's a wonderful idea!" He smiles brightly again. He grabs the camera from your neck and fiddles around with it.
"C-careful!" You reach out to grab it. "It was worth.. well a lot." you say as you snatch the camera from his hands. Waldo chuckles to himself.
"Alright well I'll be careful then. Why did you want to document our adventures I wonder?"
"I want to preserve the memories!" you say, unsure if you should tell him your real intentions.
"Understandable! So.. where do you want to go today?" Waldo says as he cheerfully unrolls a comically long list of locations to visit. "We could go to.. The stone age maybe? Or maybe even.." he rolls the list down a bit "The great fruit war! That's a good one.." Waldo seemed pretty involved in his list.
"Waldo! Why don't you go hide around in the crowd again" you gesture to the busy sidewalk. "I'll climb up somewhere high, take a picture and see if I can find you. Be sure to wave at the camera!" You say. Waldo looks up from his list and pouts a little.
"Ok but we have to go somewhere on this list once we're done"
