Draco had exited and realised Granger was still changing, and hurried to his compartment before he had to see her.

He was running away from her? Who was he? He clenched his teeth and bit his tongue. He entered and calmed himself down, looking at his two friends, who were fast asleep.

Hermione had now finished and looked at the changing room next to hers, it was wide open and empty. She shook her head and went back to her compartment. Only Ginny and Pansy were there, no Ron.

"Hey? Where's Ron?" She smiled nervously at them. Ginny looked down at her lap then looked back up at her.

"He left, I told him you'd be back but he didn't care." She said to her and Hermione nodded. Ron never waited for her anyway.

She sat down and looked at Pansy.

"Say, Pansy? Are you excited to go back to Hogwarts?" Hermione asked with a warm smile and the three girls started talking and laughing loudly.

Pansy couldn't believe it and she was lost for words, she had friends, who cared, and never got bored of her, she couldn't want more.

Blaise, Theo and Draco trudged towards the castle, hands in pockets. It was raining and the castle looked dull, and the grass still had its usual green, but was droopy. They entered and their bags made their way magically to their rooms, while they went to the great hall to start the first feast. They sat at the Slytherin table, near the back. Theo sat on one side while Draco and Blaise sat on the other. McGonagall was about to start her speech when about 20 students arrived, they had trouble with their bags and the carriages, and they finally arrived and hurriedly took their seats, and McGonagall excused them.

Pansy pulled Hermione and Ginny towards the back of the Slytherin table since there were empty seats there and they panicked, following her, as they felt all eyes in them. They plopped down and smiled at each other, turning to the front, the Headmistress finally started her speech, and that's when Hermione noticed who exactly she was sitting next to. His back was faced towards her, Malfoy. His blond hair looked nice she thought but snapped out of it and turned to Pansy. Pansy sat nervously looking back at Hermione next to Theo and Ginny was content, only sitting next to Pansy.

Ginny giggled at Hermione and Pansy's situation, and the three girls turned to the front to watch the sorting. There were many sorted and all of them sat where they wanted, which made Hermione happy that they set a nice example of house unity. Her friends must of been thinking the same thing because they looked back at Hermione, smiling, and the three girls started giggling, getting stares from all around.

Draco rolled his eyes and clenched his fist on the table, his back still faced towards her. Why was she even here? Why couldn't she go sit at her stupid table all the way where he couldn't see her? He gave a glance to Theo and Blaise and they looked back, Blaise was of course content not being seated to any of the pretty girls, but Theo was a different story. Theo was red all over and was blushing, his back faced Pansy. All of a sudden Draco let out a laugh at Theo and nudged Blaise to look at him, and Blaise started laughing at him with Draco. Theo scowled and put his head on his hand, looking towards the front.

"You gits." Theo muttered, but he felt a hand tapping his shoulder.

"Are you okay, Nott?" Pansy asked genuinely. Draco buried his face in Blaise's shoulder and started laughing louder, he was trying hard not to make a loud noise as he did not want to get in trouble.

Theo turned around to Pansy.

"Yes, I'm fine Parkinson, what about you?" He asked and Blaise laughed louder, making Draco laugh and slam the table. They tried very hard to be discreet, but Ginny and Hermione saw all of this. Hermione was getting thrown around in her seat by Draco who kept hitting Blaise as they were laughing. Hermione was trying to be patient with them. Ginny just laughed at her.

"I'm fine, I guess?" Pansy said weirdly. Blaise snorted and hung onto Draco's uniform. "But you don't look well, would you like me to tell a teacher?" Pansy smiled faintly and Theo's heart beat faster. He couldn't concentrate properly as he kept hearing his friends laugh at his embarrassing interaction with maybe one of the prettiest girls he's ever laid his eyes on!

Theo scowled and looked at his friends, taking out his wand and drawing it to Draco and Blaise, slamming his hand on the table and standing up. Pansy, Ginny and Hermione gasped, no one seemed to notice Theo stand, and students were already talking amongst themselves, unaware.

Draco and Blaise stopped laughing and stood up, taking out their wands, raising an eyebrow at Theo.

"Now now, Theo." Blaise said, stifling a laugh and leaning on to Draco for support. Theo huffed.

"Alarte Ascendare!" Theo said loudly, everyone moved their attention to them.

"Protego!" Draco said loudly back at him. Him and Blaise stood on their chairs while Theo pointed his wand up at them huffing. The two boys smiled at him.

"Rictumsempra!" Blaise said.

"Arresto Momentum!" Theo said blocking his spell and dodging it.

"What on earth do you guys think you're doing?" Ginny said to them.

"Lighten up Weasley! Just having some fun!" Blaise retorted, ready to fire another spell at Theo, while the students cheered all around.

McGonagall had already come up behind them and put her arms on her hips, while Hermione, Ginny and Pansy stood, wands out to try and stop them from getting people hurt.

"That is enough!" She said loudly over the students, and Hermione gasped and looked at the teacher behind her, pocketing her wand.

"And get down from there Mr Zabini, and Mr Malfoy!" McGonagall sputtered looking at them in disbelief. The two boys came down and heard snickers from all around. Draco glared to where they came from and they stopped.

"The six of you, outside, so I can deal with you! The rest of you are to eat." She said tiredly, pinching the bridge of her nose while the food appeared.

"But Headmistress!-" Ginny tried angrily.

"Professor!-" Pansy and Hermione tried to reason with her worriedly.

The boys stayed silent laughing at the sight.

"Ms Weasley, Ms Granger and Ms Parkinson, silence!" She hissed at them and they went quiet, earning a snicker from the boys and they glared at them as they were escorted out.

Hermione glared at Draco the most.
