The past week had been pretty eventful for the trio. They made trips to universal after George had begged to go. He was dead set on going to the Harry Potter section and see all the attractions. Clay showed them some local restaurants he enjoyed. They visited a few more parks at Disney. Went swimming.

They had pretty much crossed everything off of the list. There was more to do of course, but all the necessary attractions had been done in the span of 9 days. That only left 5 days before Nick and George had to leave and none of them were looking forward to it.

Today was for downtime, they had all agreed that they would just stay in and relax for the day, however they chose to do so.

Nick mostly took to napping, falling asleep on the couch, cuddling Patches and the TV remote. A love story no one could have predicted. Clay decided he wanted to go swimming out in his pool, knowing that the cool water would be a nice break from the heat.

George, unlike the others, decided to stream, knowing that it wasn't exactly a break but going back to a schedule felt nice in a way.

He set up everything to his liking, making sure he had stream layouts and all the proper settings in the right configuration. And soon enough he sent out a vague tweet about a surprise stream. People flooded in, he hadn't streamed for 6 days, the last time being with Nick who had his own setup in the other room.

He looked around the desk waiting a couple minutes to allow everyone to get on before he properly started. Once the viewer count seemed appropriate for his average audience, he smiled at the camera, scrunching up his nose and saying "Hi!"

Chat asked questions about where he was, confused by the different background which didn't quite match his room back home. They never actually told people they had met up, so no one knew they were all located in the same house, and streaming only a few rooms away from each other.

He went on with his stream, speed running to maybe get a new time. He wasn't as good as Clay when it came to playing, but he still liked to act like he was good at the game. He took a lot longer on the worlds and he struggled a little with building the portal or traversing the nether. But never the less he still had fun with it.

At one point Nick popped in, not knowing that his friend was currently live.

"Oh... Do you think we could tell them?" George asked, looking at his friend in the doorway. "I don't see why not." Nick replied. His response was barely audible as he was far away from the mic. Chat was freaking out, speculating who the mystery man was. Most spamming "Dream" in the chat, predicting that it was the long awaited DreamNotFound meetup. They were correct to an extent of course, but they were wrong about this particular special guest.

Nick carefully walked into frame and leant over, waving to the camera.

Chat exploded.

"Hey." He said shyly into the camera. He still wasn't too accustomed to showing his face on stream but he thought it was funny how the chat flashed by with "SAPNAP" or "omg, where's dream?"

"Dream team collab?" George said raising his eyebrows at the camera with a little smile. It was something everyone was looking forward to and actually seeing it happen was like watching a miracle. They joked about it so much and put it off for so long that it turned into a "boy who cried wolf" situation. But it was real this time. They were in the same room together.

Soon enough even twitter was freaking out as well, getting the number one trending hashtag in a matter of minutes. Clay had noticed his feed blowing up by now too so he joined the two in the room being careful of keeping his face out of frame.

* You couldn't wait for me * He signed to Nick, sad that they did the big reveal without him.

"Sorry Dream, it was spur of the moment haha." Nick said nervously, rubbing the back of his neck. Clay only frowned. He wasn't actually mad but he enjoyed giving his friends crap.

Now chat had realized Clay was in the room, but they were confused as to why they couldn't hear him. They were asking if he was out of the mics range, or if he lost his voice. Some even spammed "Callahan", thinking that the person was actually their friend who didn't talk either.

"No guys its actually Dream. He uh..." George looked back for an excuse as to why he wasn't talking but he couldn't think of a better reason than, "He lost his voice. We went to Disney and he kept screaming on the roller coasters. Wittle baby." George mocked, hoping that his excuse would keep chat off his tail.

Clay only frowned again, knowing that any other excuse could work just a well but not humiliate him at the same time. * I'm gonna join on my computer * He signed to Nick whose face lit up. "I didn't think about that, yeah. George set up the server, we'll get on with you in a minute."

George looked at his face cam and rolled his eyes a little, being dramatic about the other two abandoning him. He only did as he was told and waited as the other two joined the IP he sent in the discord chat.

They played around for a couple hours, just building houses and goofing off on a creative world. It was something they could easily do any day of the year when they weren't all staying in the same house, but they enjoyed it none the less. It was actually refreshing, taking a break from the overwhelming amount of social interactions they had during the past 9 days. Being able to just hop into a Minecraft world and goof off was a nice vacation from the vacation.

Eventually the stream was ended and they all relocated to the couch in the living room to watch a movie. They just turned on a random movie and kicked back with some popcorn and candy. Again, it was simple, but it was extremely refreshing to just relax and do everyday things.

George never even noticed as he scooted in closer to Clays side, wrapped up in one of the soft throw blankets that was left on the sofa. Clay never even noticed wrapping his arm around George, keeping his arm from going numb, but also to keep the other close by.

Nick definitely noticed all of this and smiled, adding it to his list. He planned to reveal all the little things that Clay and George did with each other once they decided to actually confess to each other. A way of him telling them all the ways he third wheeled during that entire week. His perfect little plot for revenge.

Their lazy day seemed to be complete, having spent it doing absolutely nothing responsible and just kicking back and enjoying themselves. It was something they really, just what the doctor ordered.

"Alright, well its about time I go to bed." Nick said, sitting up so that he could head to his room. "He's right." George yawned, stretching his arms up and out. Clay only nodded, agreeing with the other two, pulling his arm back from behind George so that he could get up.

"Looks like its a group consensus, goodnight then boys." Nick said before he turned towards his room. He silently thanked Clay for giving him the room on the bottom, knowing that he really did not want to deal with those stairs at that moment in time.

The other two ventured up the stairs, parting at Clays door which was closer to the staircase.

"Night Dream, sleep well." George said with a little smile, waving as he retreated into his own room. Clay held up his hand as well, tilting it back and forth in a little wave as he watched George disappear from view.

He wished this could be his life, seeing George every day. Not worrying about how many days they had left together. Not worrying about when he would confess his feelings to the other, and if the distance would make a difference.

What was he thinking, of course the distance would make a difference.

He sighed, still out in the hallway with his hand up in the air like an idiot. He was lingering in the moment, grasping onto what he could. What was he going to do when George left.

God he was a wreck.

Short filler ish chapter? idk. I feel like im not incorporating dreams feelings into the story as much as I should be and im rushing different scenes. I have a wavering focus so i only write detailed at the beginning of a story or during the interesting parts.

Feedback is very much appreciated
