She stood there, sweating from the heat. The AC was broken again, she swore she was going crazy. it's like everytime the weather went up a certain temperature, BOOM. The ac would break again.
"Fuck sake." she said, speaking her thoughts out loud.
Why does nothing ever go right? Komaru thought to herself.
"What's up?"
Komaru heard a voice come from behind her.
"Christ, it is fucking hot in here. Turn the AC on." the voice spoke up.
Komaru laughed, turning to her wife.
Toko's hair dishevelled from just being woken up by Komaru's complaining. Her slim figure being complimented by her pyjamas.
"Good morning, babe."
Komaru spoke up.
"AC broke again. Sorry if my complaints awoke you."
Toko sighed, looking at her annoyed wife, but then letting out a laugh.
"what is this?? the fifth time??"
Komaru nodded in response to her wife's questioning.
We really need to stop hiring that same shitty company to fix it, since clearly they aren't capable.
They both thought to themselves, letting out a sigh.
Their lamenting was cut short however, by the sound of mail being put through their mail box.
they both looked at each other, and in sync rushed to their door.
"is it? IS IT?"
Komaru impatiently asked her wife.
Toko's face, going blank with shock.
Komaru sighed.
"but i thought.. we both have stable jobs why didn't the-"
toko interrupted.
"we got her, we got- she's coming home next month-"
komaru sat there sobbing her eyes out in happiness as her wife held her.
they finalised the adoption, and were finally getting their first kid together.
