Hey guys. After much thought, I've decided to put Mermaid on a temporary hold. School is getting crazy and I have too many projects that are pulling me away from Wattpad. I need to get things settled at school and when everything's calmed down, I'll resume writing Mermaid. I know when I recreated this story I promised I would update frequently. Please know that I tried my very best to write when I had time and please know that it's killing me to have to do this. Sadly, there is no other option. I don't know when Chapter 6 will come and I want to apologize to all of you that have waited so long. I sincerely apologize to all of you that have followed the story since the very beginning and those who jumped in along the way. This isn't fair to you at all. I just hope that you will stick with me and await Mermaid's updates in the future. Thanks for understanding you guys. It means a lot to me. You're all in my heart.
