Ian was doing an interview to promote the latest season of The Vampire Diaries and talk about his character in the series, Damon Salvatore.
"Does Damon finally get to be happy after frankly, quite a strange and difficult life?" Ian was clearly trying to get around the question because he was under strict instructions not to give anything away about the what was coming up in the series "I think he got a very good ending." Ian admitted. "I was very happy with his storylines this season and I'm sure that fans will be too."
"Does Damon finally get himself a girlfriend?" The interviewer asked as Ian laughed.
"I can't tell you that." The interviewer smiled at Ian's response.
"Speaking of relationships, you're still dating (Y/n), aren't you?"
"I am." His smile was wide.
"Don't take this the wrong way, but how did you end up with someone like (Y/n)?" Ian raised his eyebrows and shrugged before looking over his shoulder at you as you sat in the audience. "I have absolutely no idea..."
