Chapter 3

After the party everyone returns to their rooms and you see Nat and Bruce leaving together. It makes you smile.
Your drunk self decides to take a late night walk in the city.

You wear one of your dad's hoodies and walk through the city. It rained. It doesn't anymore but the floor is wet and you walk through a few puddles. With your right hand you make a little flame. Trying to turn the flame purple you don't look out where you are going, so you bump into a man, that is a lot taller than you. With the bump the little flame vanishes. Mumbling "oh.. um.. sorry" you look up at the stranger. You cannot see his face clearly but he seems familiar in an odd way. "It's alright" he says and his smaragd green eyes make you feel something you have never felt before. Is it admiration? Fear? It makes you wanna say "wow" but you don't, instead he is the one saying something. "Could you?" He said and held his cigarette in your direction. "S-sure" you said and lit it up. "Thank you. Pretty handy" Something about you made him not totally loathe you. "Let's walk together for a while" he offers. "Alright. I'm ______, by the way" you say and follow him. You normally don't trust strangers but whatever it is he makes you feel, you want more of it.
"I'm Loki." He turns his head around and now you can see his face. You gasp.
"If dad would know about this.." shoots through your mind. Wow, his sharp jawline, and the absolutely stunning smile, oh and his hair. You wanna touch it. But shouldn't you be thinking about Bucky now? What does he even do here? And why hasn't he killed you yet? You look him up and down and he notices you starring, what of course boosts his self confidence. He smirks and throws his cigarette into a puddle. You dislike it, but you are too scared to say something. "Does this mortal have a boyfriend?" He asks and comes closer, pointing at your hoodie. "Oh, no, it's my dad's." You say, bothered by being called "this mortal" and see him smile, he looks straight forward and whispers "great", not stopping to smile. Walking through an alley he suddenly pins you against the wall.
