Dream's pov
After reading my book a bit more, I start to get hungry. I go downstairs to the kitchen and get some food. I eat it quite quickly before I hear the front door open again, I freeze waiting to see if I can hear anyone speak. A few moments pass before I hear a familiar voice say
"Dream, I'm home" I walk out into the hall and wave at my brother as I walk back to my room. When I get to my room I close my door behind me and grab my book. I start reading it where I left off
08:00 am (the next day)
Dream's pov
I wake up sitting in my desk chair, I must of fallen asleep while reading my book. I look at the time on the clock, it said 08:00. I stand up and immediately fall back down, tripping over my own feet. I sigh and stand back up, not falling this time, and walked to my closet. I grabbed some clothes to wear today, they were a long, plain yellow top with short sleeves and black leggings. I walk downstairs to the kitchen and saw my brother, sitting down at the table
"Good morning brother" Nightmare looks up from the newspaper he was reading and said
"Good morning as well Dream" I walk over to the fridge and get some food. Once I finish eating I turn to leave the kitchen while saying
"Nightmare I'm going to the park to meet Ink and Blue, I'll be back by 12" I start walking to the front door. I grab my bag with my keys and phone in, I unlock the door and lock it again behind me. I start walking to the park from my house.
10:05 am
Dream's pov
Me and Ink are waiting by the gazebo for Blue, he's a little late. I see Blue running to us in the distance, I point at him saying
"Ink look, he's over there!" Ink looks over to where I am pointing, Blue skids to a stop in front of us
"Sorry I'm late, I had to lose my brother"
"It's fine Blue" Ink says while straightening his vials
"So what did you want to tell us Ink?" I ask
"Umm well it's kinda a big piece of news, promise you won't overreact."
"We won't. Now tell us"
"Me and Error are getting married" Ink's eyes change to two hearts and he holds out his hand , we see a ring on one of his fingers. Me and Blue squeal with excitement as we start asking questions, speaking over each other.
"Calm down you two"
"How can we, you're getting married"
"Come on, answer our questions, please" I say with wide eyes
"Okay, let's go sit down and I'll answer all questions"
We all go to a bench and start bombarding Ink with thousands of questions
"Wait, do the others know?" Blue asks
"Well Error is meant to tell Horror, Killer, Nightmare, Cross and Dust but Cross said he had something to do so he doesn't know yet" At the mention of Cross' name, Blueberry smirks and says
"Ink did you know that Dream here has a crush on Cross"
"Really?!" Ink's eyes change to ! and ? as he looks at me for an answer. I feel my cheeks turn yellow as I say
"n-no"
"You do don't you?"
"N-No I d-don't" I'm sure I look like a lemon now as I try to speak. Ink and Blue start fanboying over my crush on Cross. I pull my cape to my face and hide my blush, I can feel them staring at me
11:10 am
Ink's pov
When Blue told me that Dream had a crush on Cross, I got really excited. Blue and I started talking about how we could set them up on a date while Dream buried his face into his cape. I see Blue's brother looking around the park
"Blue, Carrot (underswap papyrus) is here" I whisper to Blue, he turns around towards Carrot
"Welp, I can never lose him for long. Bye guys" Blue runs off into the trees, to where I don't know. Dream pokes his head out from underneath his cape and looks in the direction Blue ran off
"Okay can you stop teasing me now"
"Only if you say it"
"Say what?"
"That you have a crush on Cross"
"Fine. I have a crush on Cross" I smile widely when Dream says that, I then pull my phone out from under the bench to show that I had just recorded that
"INK" Dream yells while reaching for my phone
"How about I send this to Cross?"
"NOO" Dream grabs my phone and deletes the recording
"aww, I really wanted to show Cross that"
"well now you can't" Dream hands me back my phone
"Well, I better go" I stand up and say
"Bye Dream"
"Bye Ink" I walk off towards the exit of the park
11:20 am
Dream's pov
I see Ink walk away and I stand up and head in the other direction. I start to walk through the small forest in the park and think I must of taken a wrong turn. I look around and start walking back the way I came but I can't shake the feeling that someone is watching me. I hear a twig snap and I turn around
"Hello" I call out but I get no answer, I shrug it off as just an animal but then I see someone in the bushes. They quickly disappear deeper into the woods I run after them
"Hey wait" I lose sight of them and look around, I had run quite far from the path. I feel a rising sense of dread as I realise that I am lost. I hear someone walking up behind me but before I could turn around to see who it was, they pull me into them and hold a strong smelling cloth over my mouth. I try to scream but any sound I make is muffled by the cloth. I start trashing against the person who is holding me but I can't get free. I start to feel dizzy and tired
"Don't fight it Dream, it will all be okay"
I immediately recognise that voice, I freeze in fear. It was G. I try harder to get out of his grip but my struggles are pointless. My eyelids start to feel heavy and begin to close, before I lose consciousness I hear someone shout
"DREAM!" then all I see is black
