Chapter Six

"What do you think to this?" I asked Lilla, i was trying on a dress , it was black with golden embellishment.
"Yeah i think its hot, and so will another person we know" she winked, i looked in the mirror again. It was nice but i was worried about the length. Oh screw it, its only £19 why not treat myself.
"Yeah i'm going to buy it" i walked back into the changing rooms and got dressed.
"I need coffee and fast" Lilla scanned the town in search of a coffee shop, Sheffield was so busy today it was crowded with hordes of people.
"Well well, didnt expect to see you here missy" i stood glued to my spot, just my luck...
"What do you want Matt" Lilla's eyes darken and i saw her fists clench.
"Oh sorry, a nice hello would be great" he chuckled and smirked at me.
"Well you dont deserve our time so goodbye" Lilla grabbed my arm and tried to pull me away but Matt held my arm tight.
"Look i'm sorry, cant we just put the past behind us and have a catch up over coffee?" His smirk didnt fade, his face angered me so much, he was a twat and i really didn't want to talk to him.
"No we cant, now would you do us both a favour and leave.." I scowled at him and pulled my arm from his grasp.
"Come on" Lilla pulled me away and we walked off into the crowd.

Matt is my ex, we havent spoken for over 2 years now because of how much of a twat he is. He was an over clingy paranoid ex who would check my phone 24/7, say i was cheating and all that shit. Then, while at a new years eve party he cheated on me, ironic i know, so i ended it. Lilla said i wasnt myself when i was with him and i was better off without him. I really didnt need him popping back into my life, not when it was all going so well.

"Talk about bad timing" Lilla sipped her coffee and rolled her eyes.
"I'd forgotten that he lived here, haven't thought about it since the break up" i clenched my Tea with both hands to warm up.
"He's not worth it thats why, good for nothing prick" Lilla really didnt like him...
"Just had a text from Simon, the lads are coming in later we're going to meet them in some restaurant called About Town?"
I nodded in approval and took another sip of my drink.

We headed over to a restaurant that had large windows along the walls allowing light to stream in. It was just across town, the whole time I couldn't stop thinking of Matt. He was the last thing i needed right now. But anyway, i needed to clear my mind and act like nothing happened to the lads.
The atmosphere was as amazing as ever, we walked up to the front desk where we wait about a minuet or two until a blonde lady, around the age of 30 i'd say, walked over to us.
"Hello ladies, table for two is it?" She asked in a cheery voice.
"No actually we are here with some friends, i dont think they are here yet but we have a booking for seven at half six?" Lilla seemed a bit on edge, guess she was worried about the fact that the lads aren't exactly un-noticeable.
"Okay what name is it under?" She turned to a sheet of paper.
"Urm i dont know who booked it, Ricky maybe? Or Wilson?" I butted in, she gave a puzzled look on her face.
"Yeah Wilson at half six" she pointed at the sheet "want to follow me?" She smiled and grabbed some menus.

We didn't have to wait to long before the lads all came in, they were followed by the usual turning of heads and whispers. Something i still wasnt used to yet.
Ricky caught my eye and he gave a smirk as he pulled out the seat next to me.
"What?" I laughed at him, i was worried though as he might have thought i looked awful in the dress.
"You look lovely, not in a sarcastic way though, honestly you look beautiful" i felt , my cheeks go red as i looked into my lap.
"Have you ordered yet?" peanut asked as he rubbed his hands together.
"No not yet we wanted to wait" Lilla smiled at me from across the table.
"What does everyone want i'll go up?" VJ asked.

Some time later...

"My god i'm stuffed" Simon slouched into his chair.
"Tell me about it mate" Ricky said as he patted his stomach as a joke.
"So have a productive day lads?" I asked as i took a sip of my drink.
"Yeah we did a lot to be fair" Andrew said "we wrote a couple songs which is always good"
"And recorded the last parts for falling awake" Ricky sipped his beer.
"Whats that?" Lilla asked.
"The new single" simon replied
"Right we need to get going now lads" VJ stood up and downed the last part of his drink.

A very very short chapter i know but i've been so busy with GCSE's at the minuet i havent had time to update this part.
