4: Finding the New Path

"As if this world can defeat us!" Lisbeth shouted, raising her staff in victory.

"You barely even helped! This victory was all thanks to me." Klien said, pointing to himself.

"You were screaming the whole time like a baby!"

"As if!"

The two broke out into arguement, but Asuna interupted. 

"Both of you fought hard, but we need to get to the bottom of the lake before the monster respawns."

"Asuna's right. The King of the Lake is going to respawn in 3 minutes." Kirito agreed.

"Actually, you have 1 minute and 30 seconds!" Yui said.

"What?" Everyone yelled, with their eyes buldging out.

"I got this!" Asuna said.

She closed her eyes, and got into the position to cast a water breathing spell.

"Oss, naða, fjor,  fiskr, bàrum, svalr, vatn."

The whole group was given the ability to brethe underwater.

"Thanks 'berzerk healer'!" Lisbeth said with quotation marks.

Leafa looked in envy, and mumbled "I could have done that..."

"Lets go!" Kirito yelled, and grabbed Asuna's hand.

He ran as fast as he could, Asuna stumbling along. When he got to the end of the dock, he jumped off.

Asuna's eyes buldged out just before she realized what was happening, and she hit the water with a splat.

"Wait for me!" Lisbeth yelled. "Last one in is a rotten egg!"

"I don't wanna be a rotten egg!" Silica yelled, running behind her.

"Not today!" Klien shouted, Agil following.

On the other hand, Sinon slowly walked to the end of the dock, and jumped off.

The water was crystal clear at the bottom of the lake. Everything was able to be seen.

Asuna wondered what lurked at the bottom of the lake other than the Kraken as she swam through the bottom of the lake. She looked to her side and saw a sworm of fish being attacked by a bigger fish. They tried to defend themselves, but soon dissapeared into blue pixels.

Eat or be eaten I guess...

"Theres the quest giver!" Kirito pointed to the figure at the bottom of the lake.

He stood in front of a, what looked like, a boat. The boat had many holes in it, and was missing many pieces.

Kirito wondered what had happened to the boat.

When the party reached the bottom of the lake, they landed safely and reached the quest giver.

The quest giver was very tall and buff, and had a broken fishing pole in his hand. The shirt he was wearing was torn in many places. A name "Typhus" appeared above his head.

"Fairies! I am Typhus. The rechid Kraken has wrecked my boat, and now I can not catch any fish for my army of starving men. Defeat the Kraken and catch some fish for my men, and I will reward you with 100000 Yrd each." Typhus explained.

Do you accept this quest? Appeared in front of Kirito.

"You guys ready?" Kirito asked, looking at the group. They all nodded back, and Kirito accepted the quest.
