The group of five now stood in front of the house sapnap had been dying to see, he stared at it in awe like it was everything he could've ever imagined. "It's great sap," Clay patted his back. "I love it," Savana exclaimed, she just stared at the house as well as they waited for the sales person to come.

"Is there a Mr.Armstrong here?" a tall women in heels approached the group. "That's me," sapnap raised his hand and approached the woman, hand out in which she realized and shook his hand.

"Well we need to go over things privately," her eyes wandered over to the group, eyes widening at the sight of Tommy challenging Ranboo to a snow duel.

"Clay you can take them right, you have George too," sapnap looked over at him, George was now getting involved in the duel. "We got it," Sav smiled at him before grabbing Clay and directing the group else where.

"Okay George I'm thinking park," Savana looked over to him, "okay there is one about a ten minute walk this way," he pointed his finger in the opposite direction they were walking. "Let's go," she grabbed his arm and had him lead the way, Clay making sure the other two boys followed.

"Sav do you like the snow?" Ranboo asked, the two boys stood at her side. "Don't really get much of it. I'm from Texas," she laughed. "Aren't there cowboys in Texas?" Tommy asked looking over at the two. "Some parts maybe," Ranboo shrugged "Interesting."

"We are here fuckers," George gestured to the field in front of them, "snowball fight?" Tommy asked, his hand was already full of snow. "Can I say no?" Savana asked, already shielding her face. "No," he quickly pelted the ball of snow at her and she quickly went to grab her own when she got hit with one from the opposite direction.

"Who was that?" she looked up to see a suspect, she threw a hand full of snow at the back of Ranboos head.

"What was that for!" he shouted, catching her by surprise. "You threw one at me!" she shouted back, she then heard a familiar wheeze and looked over to the two oldest guys.

Clay was in a ball wheezing on the floor as George laughed as well. "It was you," she pointed at Clay with a hand full of snow before throwing it at him, she quickly collect more and threw it on Tommy.

It then started an ongoing war, she even managed to get a photo of Tommy throwing one at her, Nick eventually texted them to come back to the house, and at this point the whole group had bright red noses and almost numb finger tips.

"I don't regret anything," her hands shaking to show how cold she was while her teeth chattered.

"Okay Savana I obviously get the master bedroom, but you can have the next best," sapnap teased as he welcomed them into the home. It was truly beautiful, white walls, and a dark wood floor and she couldn't wait to decorate it. "You can have a room strictly for your set up or just keep it in your room, seeing as it's a pretty big room," she felt a hand brush against hers and looked up to see Tommy smiling down at her.

"I'm gonna go furniture shopping, let's pray they do same day shipping. I really don't wanna rent a whole ass hotel," sapnap huffed, going to order an uber. "Our PC are gonna be here in the next hour, so you three can stay here," he looked to the younger three of the group who just agreed and began to travel around the house.
