A slight breeze filled the empty nothingness that surrounded her, she looked around to see nothing but an inescapable dark loop hole.
She was alone, it was quiet enough to hear a pin drop from a distance away, her shaky breathes were more prominent now as they were the only sound filling the air around her.
Something took her by surprise as she analyzed where she had ended up, she couldn't put a finger on why she was there. The unsettling feeling in her stomach only rose as she began to take steps.
One foot in front of the other, she slowly made her way north. Her mind was filled with a scattered array of thoughts, she stopped in her place.
Looking down at her hands she noticed how fast they had begin to shake, she felt her chest growing heavier. The next sound to fill the emptiness was her knuckles cracking under the pressure she had placed on them.
She looked up again, only this time it was different, a large brick wall stood yards away, it lit up the surrounding the space around it.
"What the fuck," she mumbled to herself, the light intrigued her. She felt her feet take her forward as she moved closer to it.
But the wall, it seemed to get farther the more she approached it. She began to panic, the light slowly faded.
She ran, her feet ran longing for the light that the wall bestowed. "No!" she shouted as the light dimmed, the wall now seemed to be miles away. She ran, ran until the light completely faded.
The dark consumed her once again, she fell flat to the ground bringing her knees to her chest. She closed herself into her own bubble almost accepting the darkness to consume her.
A cold breath escaped her lips, she felt a single tear stray down her cheek. Her breath picked up, and she slowly began to panic.

Savana shot out of her bed, her hands grasped her hair hoping to clear her head slightly. Her breaths were hitched and her head began to shoot in every direction looking for light.
The moon glistened into her window, she felt her breath go back to a steady rate as she stared up to it. Her forehead was damp and as she wiped it clear all she felt was the cold sweat that covered it.
"Holy shit," she muttered to herself as she removed her covers, that was the first shut eye she had let herself have in days, and it turned out to give her the exact result she assumed it would.
Savana slowly approached the window, her phone in hand as she did so. Looking out to the moon, it gave her a sense of hope, that the dark wasn't permanent.
The time was 11:30pm, she looked down at the empty streets she saw from her window and grabbed a sweater.
A walk to clear her head, yeah that's what she needed. She reassured herself as she slightly opened the door, praying for the least possible creeks she could get.
Her feet travelled lightly through the house, looking to the island that sat in the kitchen were her earbuds, she made her way over to them quietly.
The hairs on the back of her neck stood up when she heard a door open. "Who's there?" Drista asked, yawning through her words. "It's just me," Savana replied.
