I was thinking of having some quirks to have a connection, but in a more tracking or understanding, I hope this chapter does make sense for you readers.

Hawks-POV

I woke feeling rather excited for some reason even this morning was like the one before, I change into my hero suit knowing I have to go to patrol in a bit, I head into the living room taking a bee line towards the kitchen as I opened the freezer and take out a bag of frozen chicken nuggets. I put the chicken nuggets into the oven waiting 15 minutes I was a bit impatient not for my job of course.

I sit quietly up on a slightly tall building enjoying the peaceful sunset, not being bother by fans or villains. I soon felt a presence, but the person grabs my attention, like I was some time mesmerized by shiny objects which barley happened and since it grabbed my attention abruptly then this person has a wing related mutant quirk.

(Cut, ok I want to explain, it is related to the note on top of this chapter, I'll just make this short, since people with mutant quirks are somewhat rare and there are practically no bird quirks seen, I am making it that those with a bird related quirk and it was a mutation like it effected their appearance those people feel a special connection to the other two examples are if their are two people with bird type mutant quirks they could sense the other ones presence or feeling or both p.s the sense goes as big as a mall idk, but if those people are friends they could sense the others location were ever they are and if they sense their emotions instead it will come like empathy or they could be both.Remember this only works on bird type mutant quirks,an it was kept a secret.)

I saw a figure with a child walking in a alleyway my attraction was more to the smaller childish short person.
<That person must have a mutant quirk to attract my attention this much, but I don't see any bird features maybe they are hiding their qu...>

Their eyes locked onto each other we started at each other for an imaginable amount of minutes as Hawks was studying the boy and as was the boy, then the boy soon snapped out of the daze and quickly disappeared into the next alleyway. As the figure vanished Hawks snapped out of the daze, which the kid probably shaken the boy awake front the staring contest that the pro-hero and the young adult had unintentionally.

I quickly get up and forgot the chicken nuggets that I was eating, and quickly flew after the boy and try to find him, but to my disappointment I did not find him as I went out on a street, and apparently there was a fan of mine and asked for an autograph which I complied, trying to find the person again, but soon news got around and I was surrounded by a lake of people. I flew up to my annoyance that I could not find a fellow bird person, and flew up into the air and flew back home leaving the mob of people down below.
