"i dont need any help!"

"tooru, please just try to understand what im saying..." y/n pleaded.

"im not fucking changing y/n!" oikawa raised his voice.

"okay okay, lets take a deep breath and calm down, yeah? lets calm down.." the girls voice trembled, afraid of what oikawa would do if he got too mad.

"how could i calm down when my own girlfriend doesnt accept me for who am, not just that, but claiming that im 'changing' when im cleary not! maybe your the one changing, huh. have you ever thought of that?"

he raised his hand to run it through his hair in frustration, in result making the poor girl flinch and try to shield her face.

this made oikawa stop in his tracks.

she thought he was gonna hit her?

the simple action made oikawa sober up faster than ever.

"y-y/n.." he stuttered, afraid to scare her even more, and upset that his girlfriend would think he would ever lay his hands on her in that way.

"p-please, get away.." she sobbed.

oikawa immediately took a step back to give her space, despite the pain he felt from doing that.

"tooru, i dont think this is working out.." y/n said above a whisper.

"you've changed. no matter how much you deny it, you've changed. you've been drinking so much, you're attitude has been bad, you've been treating me badly, i know its from stress and i might not be a good girlfriend for not staying with you through it, but it hurts so much tooru. i want to be here for you, but you're making it impossible! maybe its better if we be apart for now.."

"please, y/n, no..." now he was the one pleading. "i'll change, i swear i will! please, just give me another chance."

"tooru, i love you, but ive given you so many chances already, i dont know how many more i can give out before i break.."

oikawas heart clenched, he knew this wss the end. and it was too late, he couldnt do anything about it. "please..."

"i think.." y/n started. "i think we need some time to ourselves, hm? i think thats what we need right now.." she tried holding in the tears, but the sight of oikawa crying made more tears stream down her face as a sob left her lips.

she picked up her stuff and walked out of his room, "see you soon, oikawa-san."

another sob escaped his mouth, "im sorry, ill see you soon, l/n-san.."
