Unmasking The Truth

Chapter 20

Robins POV:
Regina basically throw herself at me, when she seen me. She had her arms wrapped around my neck tightly with her head buried in my neck, and cried.

I rocked her back and forth as Gabriella, Emma, and Facilier took Gold out the room, and somewhere. I looked at her and I can see bruises on her arms and cuts on her thighs. This made me sick to my stomach.

"Baby, can I look at you?" I asked her, she only tightened her grip around me and cried harder, she shook her head. "Ok, but we have to get you to the hospital." I told her.

She moved a little bit before wrapping her legs around my waist. I moved my arms to hold her up better. Gabriella comes back in and told us that Gold is locked up in a cell he won't be able to get out of, even with the dagger.

"Can you use magic to get us to a hospital please?" I asked her. She nodded her head and up in silver smoke we go.

It took a good hour to get Regina to finally let go of me and let the doctors examine her. But even when she let go of me, she wouldn't let go of my hand. The doctors said it was fine. They took about an hour or two to finish everything. Her ribs where bruised, and her left wrist was broken.

She whimpered as the doctors were putting it place. When they were done with that, she had tears streaming done her faces. I wiped them away and smiled at her.

"I will be back with some pain killers," one of the doctors said.

"Thank you," I told her. She smile and walked out, the rest of the doctors followed.

I look down at Regina and her eyes are still watery.

"Hey you're ok," I told her. She shook her head, and whimpered. She pointed to me then the bed. "You want me to lay down with you?" I asked. She nodded. "I will once the doctor come back with the pain killers, ok?" I told her.

We waited about 5 minutes before she was back with the pills. Regina took them and the doctor left. I took my shoes off and climbed into bed next to her. She moved a little before putting her head on my shoulder and her hand on me chest. Regina was out within 2 minutes, she must have been really exhausted.

I just brushed some hair out of her face before playing with the ends of it. Her hair has grown a lot, it goes a little past the middle of her back now. I kiss the top of her head, knowing she would be up soon for a bad dream. So I try and get some rest as well.

Gabriellas POV:
I have to go back soon. If anything else happens after this it is up to them to figure it out. I came and did my job now it is time to go back to my time.

"I have to leave soon," I told Henry. Everyone was at the loft. Dad texted Emma saying everything was fine. So we all came to the loft.

"Why?" He asked.

"Because, you guys don't need me anymore and plus you guys can figure it out if anymore trouble comes your way," I told him.

"I'm going to miss you," he said honestly.

"You will meet me in a few years," I winked.

"Do we get to keep our memories?" He asked.

"No, I have to take them," I said.

"But how are they going to know to name you Gabriella?" He asked. I chuckled.

"Trust me," I said. We hugged and I said bye to everyone before using magic to make them all forget about me and going back to my time.

I looked around and ran home. I ran through the door. Dad, Mom, Henry, and Roland are all in the living room watching tv. Henry was home for the summer. He was in College so we don't get to really see him.

I walked over before sitting on the ground and putting my head on Rolands shoulder. Roland and I hardly ever fight. We have more of the loving sibling time relationship.

Regina's POV:
I was asleep for an hour before Robin woke me up from a nightmare. He was rubbing my back softly to calm me down. I was sniffing by now and had tear stains on my cheeks.

"You're ok babe," he told me. I whimper when he stopped rubbing my back.

He started to move away from me. I looked up at him with watery eyes. I tried stopping them but I failed because I had tears streaming down my face now that he had gotten out of the bed.

"Hey, it's ok. I'm just going to use the bathroom." He said. I shook my head before trying to get out of the bed myself. "Baby, you have to stay in bed," he told me as he helped me back into the bed.

I grip his shirt and cry harder. I didn't want him to be in a different room, let alone out of reach. I know I sound like a child but I can't. Not after all this. It is going to take me forever to be able to let Robin out of reach now. Then there was a knock at the door.

"Come in," he said. Granny walked in and looked at me with a worry face.

"What is wrong?" She asked.

"She is upset that I won't let her come to the bathroom with me," he said rubbing my back again.

"Why don't you go use the bathroom and I will stay here with her?" She said. Don't get me wrong I love Granny but not even her comfort can help right now. I shake my head.

"Regina you are ok, I promise. Granny is going to be here the whole time," he told me, taking my hand away for his shirt.

I went reach out for him again but Granny grabbed my arms. I wanted to scream. Not at the fact that Granny was touching me but the fact Robin is going into a different room than me.

Granny's POV:
I know Regina is scared. I could tell she wanted to scream, but instead she cried even hard. She kept mumbling what sounded like Robins name.

"You're ok Regina," I told her. She shakes her head, staring at the door waiting for Robin impatiently. He came back and Regina immediately reached out for him. We switched positions.

"Shhhh you're ok," he told her as he pushed her head to his chest and rocked her back and forth.
