Henry's POV:
I stood outside Granny's. I had to tell Emma the truth of why I really didn't want to be at her house. I slowly walked in and seen her sitting at a booth, I walked over and take a sit."Hey kid. Long time no see." She said.
"I don't want you to have full custody of me," I tell her honestly.
"Henry this isn't up for discussion," she says.
"But it is,"
"I am your mother,"
"And? You don't care about me being happy. All you care about is your happiness. And if that means Killian and I, you will do anything to get us. You already have Killian but you need full custody of me to be happy. And I'm not about to let that happen," I said in a kinda loud voice but not to loud.
"Henry that isn't true,"
"If it wasn't you wouldn't be trying to get full custody of me,"
"Regina can't even take care of herself right now. And the judge will see that and will let me get full custody of you."
"No. Just because she can't take care of herself doesn't mean she can't. You think me being with you will make me happy but it isn't. 50-50 custody will make me happier than you have full custody." I tell her.
"Henry,"
"You gave me up for adoption. And now you want full custody of me, but this isn't what I want."
"Then what do you want?" She asked me.
"If anything 50-50 custody. Regina is still my mother whether you like it or not," I said.
"Henry I'm just trying to make you understand." She tells me.
"Understand what?" I asked.
"Understand that Regina will never be the same. She will never be the same around you, Roland, Robin, or any man in town or comes around her way," She told me.
"I don't care. All that matters is that my mother is alive and healthy. I could care less about anything else. Yes I haven't talked to her much since the whole thing went done. But she is still my mother. And I would give the world to make sure she is ok. There is nothing you could say that will stop me from believe she is my mother. At this point Regina is more of my biological mother than you are Emma," I said before getting up and leaving.
Emma's POV:
I just sat there not knowing what to think, he was my son. Henry should be in my care. Right? I was think so much I didn't even see Granny come and sit across from me."That boy has been through a lot," she said.
"But he is my son," I told her.
"He is also Regina's. And I know what I'm about to say is going to hurt but you need to hear it. Henry and Regina have a bond like no other. There bond is a lot stronger and more unbreakable." She tells me.
"Why?" I asked.
"Henry grow up thinking Regina was his biological mother for 10 years. 10 years Emma, that is a long time for a kid. And a bond between a child and its mother is strong dear. Don't try and take Henry away from Regina, that is only going to push Henry away from you." She tells me before getting up and leaving me.
I sat there and thought about what she had said. Maybe she is right. Maybe I should just get 50-50 custody. I mean Henry would like that idea.
Robins POV:
The doctors said Regina was fine. So they let us go home that day. Right now we are laying in bed and Regina is still asleep on my chest."Y-you should be a-asleep," I hear her whisper.
"It is 9:30 in the morning," I tell her with a small chuckle.
"Too early," she said putting her head further into my neck.
"That is because you are still sick," I said.
"N-no I'm not," she said and then coughed. I laughed as my point was made.
Regina was sick for 4 days before she started to get more. She was eating just a little more to, but still wasn't really talking to anyone. If she did talk, she would still stutter a little from it all. But who can blame her. She is scared to talk.
Henry and Roland came over tonight to have dinner and stay the night. They both missed us and we both missed them. Regina would talk but when she did it was more of a whisper.
Regina's POV:
The boys had just left. Robin and I were on the couch, and he as been acting a little different since the boys left. I didn't know why but I knew something was up because he just wasn't himself."R-Robin are y-you o-ok?" I asked him.
"Yea I'm fine," he said kinda harshly causing me to jump a little.
"Are y-you s-sure?" I asked.
"Yes, now stop asking." He said loudly and coldly. Now I'm scared, he never talks to me like this. But I ignore it.
We continue to lay on the couch until Robin gets up to do something. I get up to follow him.
"You don't need to follow me. I'm just going to use the bathroom." He said loudly almost in my face. It made me jump and have tears in my eyes. "Stop crying you aren't a child," he tells me harshly.
"This isn't y-you," I say.
"This is me deal with it," he said.
He walked to the bathroom, leaving me standing in the middle of the walk way. What is going on? He soon came out, and walked over to me. He grabbed my wrist causing me to whimper.
"Y-you're h-hurting m-me," I tell him.
"I don't care," he said.
There was smoke and then a man. I looked at the man.
"Hello there Regina,"
"Mr. Hyde," I whimper.
