Chapter 24

Regina's POV:
My eyes fluttered opened, I was still laying on top of Robin. I tried going back to sleep but I couldn't. So I laid there rubbing small, lazy circles on Robins chest. I had him take his shirt of last night, the 2nd time I woke up.

I wasn't up very long before he grabbed my hand and rubs his thumb softly on my palm. It made me smile a little.

"You ok?" He asked. I just nodded my head.

He takes his hand and brushes some hair out of my face. And then kissed the top of my head.

"C-can we watch t-tv?" I asked.

"Sure," he grabbed the remote and we continue to watch The Office.

We laid there and a watched about 3 episodes of it.

"Can I put on a hoodie?" He asked. I shook my head. "Baby it is cold," he said.

"N-n-no," I said. I pull the blankets up to above my shoulders. "T-there b-b-blankets," I told him. He chuckled.

"You don't want me to get up do you?" He asked me.

"Y-you have to s-stay," I tell him. He laughed. I looked up pouting. He just kissed my lips, I tired my hardest to not smile but I failed.

"But it is cold in here baby. I don't want to freeze to death," he said chuckling.

I move up some pulling the blanket around us more. I didn't want him to get up because if I was being honest, I was scared. I was scared of losing him. I was also scared he was going to leave. Or that someone was going to take me away from him again. And I didn't want that.

"What is going on in that pretty little head of yours?" He asked. I just blush, and hard too. I hate that he makes me feel this way but I love it at the same time.

"I-I... never mind," I told him. I didn't want him to think I'm a child for being scared.

"No, what is it?" He asked. I sighed before sitting up saddling him, and playing with my fingers. He grabbed them, rubbing them softly trying to calm my nerves.

"Umm... I don't w-want y-you to move b-because I'm scared," I told him.

"Scared of what?" He questioned.

"Losing you, you leaving, or something bad happening again," I say barely above a whisper without stuttering.

"You aren't going to lose me, I'm not leaving you and as far as nothing bad happening again. I wish I could say that was true. But the most I can do it protect you from that." He told me. I just look at him with tears in my eyes. "Come here babygirl," he said pulling me to lay on top of him again. And I just cry.

We laid there for about another hour. Till he knew I was fully calmed down. I move my head and put it in his neck and closed my eyes. I knew it was about 10:30 in the morning because when I woke up the first time it was about 7am. And I was growing tired again.

"Nope. You have to stay awake," he told me.

"Why?" I asked my face still buried in his neck.

"Because you have to eat something," I tells me.

"B-but I'm not h-h-hungry," I said.

"I know but you still need to eat. Even if it is just one bite of something," he told me.

"Fries!" I said excitedly.

"Fries?" I asked.

"Yup. F-from Granny's," I said nodding before get up and grabbing his arms to pull him out of bed. "C-come on. We h-h-have to get d-dressed," I told him.

"Why are you excited?" He asked me.

"B-because I w-w-want fries now. And y-you said I n-need t-to eat s-s-something," I told him.

Robins POV:
She was adorable likes this. But I was happy that she wanted to eat something now. It was better than nothing.

She basically drags my into the closet. And throws my cloths I just laughed before changing into them. I watched as she grabbed leggings and put them on but didn't change out of my hoodie.

"You aren't going to change your shirt?" I asked her.

"Y-y-your h-hoodie is c-comfy and warm. Plus it s-smells like you, and I l-like i-it." She tells me, I could only smile at her.

"Come on let's go," I tell her. She immediately grabs my hand.

We put on our shoes before heading to Granny's. We decided to walk because it would be best to get some fresh air. But the moment we walked outside her body was basically glued to mine and she clings to my arm.

"I'm s-scared n-now," she whispers, I could barely even hear her.

"It is going to be ok, I will be with you the entire time." I told her, giving her hand a little squeeze. She just nodded.

We walked to Granny's and by the time we got there is was around 11:20am. We got to the door and she whimpered a little. I kiss the top of her head before we walked in. Everyone looked at us, before going back to what they were doing.

We took a booth in the back. She took a sit first before I took one next to her, she never let go of my hand. It was like a monkey grip, it was adorable. She laid her head on my shoulder. Granny soon walked over to us with a menu.

"How are you two doing today?" Granny asked.

"We are doing alright," I tell her.

"Thanks great. What can I get the both of you?"she asked.

"Can we get some fries for her and I will take a cheeseburger with fries on the side also," I tell her. She nods. "Do you want something to drink," I asked her. She nods and points to the sprite. "And then two sprites please," Granny's nods her heads

"I will have that right out," she said before walking away.

I look at Regina, and she was playing with my fingers. I just smile down at her. She looks up at me and gives a soft smile. She then starts looking through my front pockets of the jacket I'm wearing.

"What are you looking for?" I question. She pulls out my phone with a very small ha. Barely hearable. I chuckled and little bit. She then finds headphones and puts them in before going to Netflix and started to watch The Office again. I just laughed.

Regina's POV:
I didn't know what to do while waiting for our food so I took Robins phone and started to watch Netflix. I look up at Robin and he is smiling, I take one of the earphones and give it to him so he can watch with me. He glad takes it and puts it in and we watch it together.
