I walked out of the cafeteria, holding three plates in my arms. "Why didn't I think of this?" I said, shaking my head. "Sometimes I can as stupid as Natsu..." I walked into Natsu's room, hearing voices, Lu-chan's and Natsu's. "Hey Lu-chan I got your foo-" I said, before stopping at the door to see...
Lu-chan falling to the floor. "Luce....Luce!!!" Natsu said, sitting up and tried to reach her but cried in pain because of the surgery they did on him, which was only two hours ago.
In surprise, I dropped the plates, making the food and broken pieces of the plates scatter all around me. Natsu snapped his head to me in surprise. "Levy? How are you here? Why did Luce look so weak?" He asked. I was about to answer when the door behind me slammed open, broken pieces scattering everywhere because of the wind the slam created.
"Shrimp? I heard glass fall and break. so I came to check on- whoa." Gajeel said, looking at his surroundings. His black and white cat, Panther Lily was right beside him. "Why is bunny girl on the floor?" He asked. He tiptoed sloppily over the broken glass and picked Lu-chan up. "Hey.... that's.... my..... job..." Natsu whispered. "Flame idiot, go to sleep. Can't you see how sleepy bunny girl is?" Gajeel said, carrying Lu-chan in his arms. "Fine....." Natsu whispered in defeat. He closed his eyes and drifted to sleep.
"Poor Natsu.... that boy seems so helpless..." I whispered to myself. Gajeel suddenly appeared right next to me, scaring the daylights out of me. "G-Ahhhh!" I screamed. Gajeel covered my mouth with his hand, carrying Lu-chan with the other. "Shh!" He whispered. "Natsu is sleeping!!!" I bit his hand in annoyance. He snapped his hand away and shook it up and down quickly. "Your bite is tough, shrimp." He whispered, then he used his other hand to carry Lu-chan. I stuck my tongue out.
We both walked out, seeing Gray and Juvia stand up in worry. "Lucy?" (Gray) "Love Rival?" (Guess who!) "Bunny girl fainted." Gajeel said, shrugging. He walked down the hallway. "I won't let Gajeel ruin Natsu's and Love Rival's love...." Juvia said, and evil aura surrounding her. Gray and I sweat dropped. "Cool down, you know that Natsu is sleeping, so Gajeel has to do it." Gray said, making 'cool down' movements with his hands. Juvia calmed down but looked annoyed.
She frowned. "Gray-sama...." She said with a pout. Gray rolled his eyes. "Don't call me 'Gray-sama'!" He said in annoyance, causing Juvia to chuckle. "What's funny?" Gray asked, scratching the back of his head. "Oh nothing, 'Gray-sama'." Juvia said with another chuckle as they walked down the hallway, talking to each other and laughing.
I sighed, wishing Gajeel and I was like that. 'Never gonna happen.' I thought. I mean, an emotionless man wouldn't love a little girl like me, right?
Walking down the hallway that Gajeel, Juvia and Gray took, I looked for Lu-chan's room, knowing that was where Lu-chan was. As I walked into her room, I spotted a doctor talking to Gajeel near Lu-chan's bed, while Panther Lily rubbed his head on Lu-chan's cheek. Gajeel spotted me and walked to me.
"Shrimp, Bunny Girl is fine. She's in a coma, but she's fine." Gajeel told me, and I stopped pacing. Wait, why was I pacing? I looked at Gajeel worriedly, seeing a little bit of worry in his eyes making me crack. It was like all of my fear was in a box, and now it was filled to the top, wanting to open up.
