(timeskip to the next day)
tobio was staring outside the window in class, just looking at random things like trees and other boring stuff. it's all he could do though, he didn't feel like paying attention in class.
usually he'd be sleeping, but he wasn't that tired.
he proceeded to look to the other side and saw hinata,
the idiot was asleep.
he looked cute when he was sleeping.
okay that sounded creepy- the thought alone was creepy- GODDAMN IT TOBIO WHY ARE YOU BEING A CREEP?!
he felt blush rise to his cheeks as he tried to brush away the thought of hinata looking cute while he was sleeping.
they're just friends! he was pretty sure that friends don't think of each other like that! that's..weird..!
he couldn't lie though..he was cute. he was always cute. shit that's gay.
his thoughts were immediately cut off by the sound of his teacher yelling.
"HINATA! NO SLEEPING IN MY CLASS!"
hinata immediately woke up.
then,
"KAGEYAMA! STOP STARING AT HINATA SLEEPING AND PAY ATTENTION!"
fuck.
the entire class including hinata turned to look at him. shit.
he could see his classmates either shocked, or trying not to laugh.
hinata was shocked.
he looked at tobio with his cheeks slightly pink.
oh my fucking god.
nonono this was so embarrassing, was it really obvious he had been staring at hinata?
holy shit now everyone will think i have some sort of massive crush on him (do i though?!) he thought to himself.
as soon as class ended tobio immediately ran out of the classroom, as fast as possible too.
he heard hinata calling his name, trying to get his attention. but he pretended like he didn't hear him.
the first direction tobio went was towards the bathroom, and he immediately slammed the stall and locked it.

then he heard knocking on the stall.
who's that?
"kageyama?? is that you in there? it's hinata."

this is the last thing tobio wanted- the last thing he wanted right now was to see hinata.
"so i kinda heard you were- erm..watching m-"
"-i wasn't."
"huh but-"
"i just..uh"
tobio tried to think of excuses.
then he thought of one.
"i just zoned out apparently staring at you..i didn't know. sorry."
"..oh. okay! anyways get out of there!"
