✧・゚: 𝔱𝔥𝔬𝔰𝔢 𝔟𝔬𝔶𝔰 𝔞𝔦𝔫'𝔱 𝔴𝔬𝔯𝔱𝔥 𝔪𝔶 𝔱𝔦𝔪𝔢!"It's so weird to see you all okay after what happened. And the fuckers who wrote about you in their dumb magazines are assholes. You didn't deserve that, Val," Duff expressed his sympathy whilst stepping into the hot tub that was located on Tommy's back patio deck. The bassist held out the can of beer he retrieved from the cooler and handed it over to the girl. Valencia took the can and then just simply sent a smile Duff's way and waved it off, leaning her head on Steven's shoulder who was sitting right next to her in the bubbling water.
To paint a picture of the scenario, Valencia used his brother's absence to her advantage and basically asked Heather if she and her favorite boys—who obviously were Duff, Slash, and Steven—could come over to use the hot tub simply out of boredom. The bubbly actress had no problem with it and she merely concerned herself with picking up around the house, well, the mansion that she and Tommy bought together. And obviously, Valencia was missing her brother while he was on tour and having the time of his life, but now Valencia had to concern herself with her other friends. Thankfully, today was a slow day for everyone which was amazing because last week was pretty insane for Valencia.
"Yeah. You sure you're good?" Slash questioned, wholeheartedly being concerned about Valencia's well-being. Behind those curls of dark hair, his brown eyes showed compassion and worry for the girl. The little lady in question just nodded as she cracked open the tab on the beer and cursed under her breath when the foam of the alcohol spilled down the side and into the hot tube. That was another thing that Tommy wouldn't necessarily need to know about. He'd be fucking pissed if he found out that Valencia accidentally let some type of contamination get into the hot tub. It was safe to say that the jacuzzi was one of Tommy's most prized possessions.
"Why wouldn't I be? You really think that Mr. I'm-the-most-important-person-on-Earth could ruin my life just by dumping a bucket of fake blood on me? I have thicker skin than that. Come on now."
Valencia sure as hell wasn't lying at that moment. She could care less about the stunt that Axl pulled on her. So what if she got drenched in sticky fake blood that took hours to wash out of her hair? The world didn't crumble just from that action. Valencia lived and was doing just fine. Although, she was upset about the fact that the blood wouldn't wash out of her long hair as easily as she'd hoped. The brunette understood that Axl did it just to embarrass her in front of a bunch of people, but considering how wasted she was, the intention of the sweet, sweet revenge that the singer wanted to inflict upon Valencia fell straight through.
Plus the magazines which came soon after the incident didn't hit as hard as they were supposed to. It was a pretty mediocre reaction from Valencia since she didn't remember it happening. And honestly, the girl didn't care all that much if she was to become the next laughing stock of West LA. There were plenty of them and one more wouldn't hurt anyone. And as Valencia took in the friendly expressions that Duff and Slash were giving her, she knew that whatever happened to her, these fools would be here to help her.
