Chapter Eighteen
The neurologist, fully dressed up and ready for her next day of work, steps over the threshold; the fresh, cold morning air hitting her. She takes a deep breath and her eyes drifts to the vehicle she calls her car. Soon her feet lead her in the direction of the automobile and her hands encompass the handle. Of course, it is locked. In the pocket of her coat she looks for her keys and eventually finds what she has looked for. Her thumb presses the button and a hooting sound erupts from the car. Sighing she get in the driver seat and gazes into the mirror. [Name] looks just like always. Full lips, tinted with a light pink lipstick; [color] eyes, showing off the lifestrength.
Her foot, or rather her shoe kicked the accelerator, and she drives off to the Konoha State mental hospital.

She arrives presumable at her destination fifteen minutes later, car parked nearby the walls. Here it goes again. she tells herself as she locks the vehicle. When she reaches the huge gates they start to open and the [color] haired woman only shrugs. At least she won't have to touch that filthy doorbell. Everything is just like the day before; it's not like her presence would change anything, would it? Oh, how wrong one single person could be. Inside the building, down in the section C the raven haired Uchiha ex-heir is; sitting on his chair. He is trembling, in excitement of course, the sound of metal jingling rung out.
"Thank you," he laughs, thinking about his little ally.
He hears the familiar sound of her walking inside the elevator. She has given Amaya an approving nod and went on. As she is down in the basement area again she is directly greeted by her boss. "Oh, [name], you are early," he states gazing at his watch. The neurologist merely shrugs. "It's not that it is a bad thing," she mumbles. earning a chuckle from the snake man. "True, but don't think you'll get more wage." he jokes and the woman rolls her eyes. The principal consultant, a cup of coffee on a stack of papers, walks further, the woman following behind. "Since you have a one-day experience what about following me for this day. Maybe you'll learn something." he suggests and at that her eyes lit up. Orochimaru is a famous and exceptional doctor; professor in both, neurology and psychology, a master of the mind and without doubt a role model to the young neurologist.
"It would be an honor!" she beams him a smile. "Very well," he says. His hand grab the cup of the steaming coffee and he leads the porcelain to his lips. "Here, that is my check-list for today," he tells the woman handing her a bunch of papers.
There are some names written down, also a certain name she is already familiar with: Uchiha Sasuke. This is so worth it; she thought. Under normal circumstance she is not allowed in section C. Her area is the B section, but Orochimaru has to deal with all cases. From A to D.
She skims the list, some chores taking her interest.
• distribute medicine
• clinical check-ups (section C)
And many more. This is going to be an interesting day for her, she knows it already.

"This is where we keep the majority of the medicines," the black haired male explains as they enter a big room. It's almost like the heart of a pharmacy in there. The metal and locked cabinets and the clean smell of chemicals. The doctor tosses the woman over a key ring. "Go and get 50 mg amisulpride." he orders and [name] nods. "What for?" she inquires, wanting to know for whom this is going to be. "Momochi," Orochimaru answers. "He has also schizophrenia?" she barely skimmed the file of the man yesterday. The only thing she knows is that he is a mass murder. The man humms in response. "He is constantly fantasizing over a boy going by the name Yuuki Haku. He suffers insomnia also and keeps on calling the name of his friend or whatever his relationship with that Haku be." The woman opens her mouth in surprise. "That's why he had dark circles yesterday, and the way he walked wasn't natural either. A hard case of locomotor disorder, hm?" she murmured her thoughts. She swiftly pulls on the handle of the bottom drawer and gets out the package of the drug. "Oh, and if you're already at it, twice more 45mg Clozapine for Yamamoto and Uchiha." he shouts from the back and [color] orbs widen. Him again.
"Okay, got them," she yells back as she stares down at the small boxing for Sasuke. Orochimaru comes back with yet another set of packages of Risperidone.
"We go the inmates now," he announces. [Name] feels her hands getting sweatier and she is debating on whether she asks a specific question or not. Oh, fuck it!
"Maybe I can go to some patients on my own," she mumbles and the man gives her an amused look. "Sure, why not," he says and walks out of the room, closing and locking the door.
"You go and do Yamamoto and Uchiha," he tells her and she is cheering from the inside. As she is just about to go to section C the man called out to her yet again. "Oh, wait, I'll do Yamamoto myself," he says and takes away the packages, leaving the woman with only 45 mg Clozapine. Things couldn't go better.
