"So.. what do we have here?" Sasuke spoke up, walking up to the next patient, clozapine in a little plastic cup. It was an every day occurrence for him by now. Every day he would go to her "cell", and find her spacing out, and once he'd snap his fingers, she would snap out of it. Every time it was an adventure, he grew curious—the curious case of ____ ____.

"Why are you locking me up, you psycho?" Sasuke sighed, that was certainly a new episode.

"You're here because you're sick." She scoffed at that response.

"Then send me to a doctor." The dark haired man held his temple. A new day, a new ____.

"Well, as it seems I am a doctor, and I was assigned to you. How are you, Miss? What was your name again? I'm afraid we haven't met yet." Her eyes stopped glowing with anger and confusion, instead she beamed up happily at him.

"I'm ____!" Well, at least something, he thought. "I am a psychiatrist for the Konoha Mental Hospital."

"Oh, is that so? Well, I am Uchiha Sasuke, I'm also a psychiatrist, in a way. We are in the neurology. You certainly know this place very well then?" The woman nodded. "Yes, I know this place so well. Spent all my uni days here, lurking around and writing on assignments."

Sasuke smiled at her. "Well, it seems like you're sick, and I've brought you some meds," he said handing her the cup, suddenly her eyes closed for longer than a second, and he stepped back with a raised eyebrow.

"You fucking bastard, I'll kill you," she screamed and charged at him. He quickly acted and grabbed both her wrists, injecting her with a tranquilliser, and she'd quickly close her eyes, now without opening them for a while. He sighed in relief; he hated dealing with Karin. To think that's the kinda personality she'd adapt... it was indeed a curious case.

"Sasuke!" He groaned in annoyance. It was him. His best friend, again, like every day, with that happy grin of hope on his face that Sasuke had to shatter. The Uchiha just turned around with a shrug, and his friend came to a halt.

"Still nothing..."

"It's been years, Naruto. Her trauma is too big, too big for even my files." Sadness filled blue eyes; he muttered a low "I see."

"But isn't there... any progress?"

"Well... it's been a while since Ino appeared. Also Ten Ten, haven't heard of her in weeks." Naruto hummed at that, a glimmer of hope creeping on him again.

"However," Naruto's eyes fell again, "She seems to have created a sort of new personality, with her name, but a new background. She thinks she is psychiatrist, and I'm her crazy patient."

"Well... that's getting close to her nurse job, I suppose?" Sasuke chuckled dryly.

"I mean, minus me being a freak and her more frequent appearances of Karin, sure? Like I said... it's a deep trauma, and she has been in it for about three years now. Progress is... slow, but I'll do my everything to get her back. You lost you know... and—"

"Thank you, Sasuke. Can I see her?" He nodded.

"You may, but she is asleep, she, well Karin, tried to kill me again." Naruto sighed, pain in his chest 'Karin...'

As Naruto looked through the glass at his girlfriend, Sasuke took out the file of the case ____ ____, opening the first page, ready to write a new one after today's events.

____ _____, diagnosed with multiple personality disorder after the trauma of losing her only child Uzumaki Karin in a car crash three years ago.

"So... now you're a psychiatrist, huh? You're really pushing me to the Precipice of Insanity."
