Turning around the 23-years-old faces an old acquaintance along with her brunette boss. The distinctive strokes on his tanned cheeks, she hasn't seen them for a while now.

The [color] haired psychologist, being under such high emotional pressure and confusion, let's her belongings drop to ground, her phone shattering at the ground.

Is it the warmth the body heat of her mother that creeps her out or is it the image of the one and only Uzumaki Naruto in her vision? She honestly had not a hint of an idea. Her past looking her directly in the eyes as if she would be at a meeting of high business creatures.

A bitter sweet reunion, right here, in the Konoha State hospital, but why? What's he, out of all the people she used to know in her High School life, doing here? Is he an inmate? A visitor? An employee?

Her arms push the woman who clinger onto the neurologist's tense body away; Leiko with shut eyes falling asleep at the ground. The [color] eyes and the cerulean do not even move one bit, they are locked with the other one's gaze like life depends on it.

"What are you doing here?" She asks, her voice sounding unbelieving. The blonde opens his mouth, but no words would leave it. The owner of the institute, who has been standing right behind his employee's classmate coughs attempting to own the attention of the two similar old adults.

With quite a look of utter irritation [name] glances down at her sleeping mother. Kneeling down she tries to pick up the heavy woman. But being a lady of low physical strength, of course, she won't be strong enough to carry her.

Over the years in the hospital, Leiko gained on weight due to the drugs she had to steadily consume, willingly or unwillingly, it didn't matter. As she grabs the arm of her mum, another warm hand strives hers. A tanned hand belonging to the Uzumaki.

Like electricity running through her veins, over her soft and [color] skin till her very own drastically fast beating heart.

His touch, it's still the same, she thinks as she and the male position her mother back into the white bed.

The tension is unbearable and Naruto still hasn't given her an answer, nor did Hashirama who appears to just watch the scene with interested and concerned dark shaded eyes.

"I came because-" his whisper-like voice starts, his blue orbs focused on his shoes. They are colored in his favorite, orange. Orange sports shoes, Vans to be exact, with a black stroke at the sides. Very modern and the color cheers him even a little up, but it wouldn't resolve his beating heart. A constant 'bumbum', is it only him who's hearing it?

"Because of what?" She questions, a raised eyebrow letting her seem as confused as she really is. The hands of the blonde begin to sweat, nervous he gulps.

"I wanted to talk with you," he says. The psychologists walks out of the room, locking her mother in her room once again. Naruto and Hashirama taking steps back as her feet lead her outside.

Her arms stretch out handing the file and notes she has written down about physical and mental state of Leiko Yamamoto. He takes it as she shoots him a look of desperation.

"I'm not sure if there is anything to talk about, Uzumaki-san," she mutters averting her eyes. The man steps forward grabbing [name] by her arm.

"Look, I  am sorry. I should have never just left you, I know that. It's my fault that you are so obsessed into that drama about your father."

"Tch, obsessed? Is it that strange that a daughter wants to know the true circumstances of her father's death?" She asks back rudely, her arms crossed in front of her chest.

"No, and that's why I am here."

"What?"

"Listen, for once. I looked up everything, asked people, used the connections of my father to find out the truth. So here it is."

Like every day of work the {color} haired male stepped into his car and hit the gas pedal. But it wasn't a normal day. A week ago he received a note from the person he would normally never want to see again, but he urged himself to meet her anyway.

The note said, she has something important she wants to tell him, in person, and only in an four eyes conversation. And so he drove off in the direction of his old home, the house he and his daughter and the still there living Leiko shared with.

It didn't took him long to reach the house and he walked over to the sodden door, his slender fingers pressed the door bell and the familiar ringing erupted.

"Hello, Yasuo," Leiko greeted him with a slight smile playing on her soft lips. The lips Yasuo thought for awhile were made for him to kiss everyday.

"Leiko," he said and looked down at her. "You said it's important." He stated.

"I need help."

"Help?"

"When you took away [name], it was the first time I felt so lonely. I want to see her." She said gripping onto her still-husband's shirt. He pushed her away and glared at her.

"If that's what you wanted to talk about, then my answer is no. You physically abused my daughter and also mentally hurt her more than a child should ever be hurt. What mother does that!?" He told her anger rising in his voice. He actually believed it was something important, but it was just another attempt to get back him and their daughter.

"No, you don't understand, you bastard! I want fucking help of a doctor!" She shouted him, insulting the man. "Sorry, but I am very well aware of my mistakes. I regret them! You have no idea what's on my mind. I want to get myself healed to look [name] in the eyes again. It's too late to be her mother, I do realize that, but it's not too late to apologize. I  scared, Yasuo. Just bring me to this place," she literally begged him. The man sighed thinking about her words. They sounded honest and trustworthy. Maybe she would really change. It was the first time since long that he actually saw the woman he proposed to. The sparkle in her eyes.

"All right, then," he told her and walked to his car with the woman. He thought that this road trip would be just like all the others, but no, fate wanted it otherwise.

When they drove in the late evening, darkness spread around the highways of Konoha, Yasuo saw only in last second the other car rushing with high speed at him.

Like on instinct, knowing he wouldn't survive this crash, his arms found their way around the body of Leiko pulling her towards him. His body shielding the woman from the impact. Their lips pressing onto the other ones for the last time.

Naruto knew that [name] suspects her mother to have something to do with her father's death. To be exact, she really has, but not in a murder way. It was probably the love Yasuo couldn't suppress that lead him to protect the mother of his child. He wanted Leiko to live and fulfil her dream, apologizing for everything.
