🫖 𝘂𝗻𝗲 🫖

She screamed.

At the top of her lungs in her small New York apartment she screamed.

She got the part.

She had been trying to get a job for over a year and finally caught a break. She acted in commercials and little bits on cop shows, but nothing real.

The directors wanted her to break some rules, add some spice. It should be easy for her. She liked girls in real life so this job was a dream.

She'd get her things in order and head to British Columbia. She called her mom first and ranted for hours.

A couple months later:

The cast sat at the table getting ready for shooting. It was still the first season and they spent long hours doing each episode.

They're supposed to meet a new cast member today. Kiernan sat next to Ross and chatted with him as they waited.

"Who do you think got the part for Nick?" Ross asked.

Out of all the cast members her and Ross were the closest.

"I'm not sure. I'm thinking Gavin. There was this one girl who auditioned, I really admired her." She responded.

She was at auditions so directors could see who she had more chemistry with and it was between Gavin and Rosie. Kiernan admired her for shocking the casting directors for being a girl.

"Ooh we love to see the representation." Ross said goofily.

Kiernan laughed as everyone else sat down. The director came into the room to make an announcement.

"Everyone, we went in a different direction with casting so I'd like you to meet our Nikolina "Nicky" Scratch, Rosie Jacobs!" He introduced.

Rosie came into the room as the cast clapped. Lachlan , Tati and Jaz were the most excited. Ross elbowed Kiernan playfully while pumping his eyebrows up and down. She laughed and smiled to Rosie.

"Hi everyone." Rosie smiled.

The cast went around introducing themselves and Rosie found her palms sweat at the sight of Kiernan.

Oh wow. She thought.

She'd never seen such a pretty woman before.

"Hi , I'm Kiernan! You can call me Kiki cause Ross and Chance have trouble pronouncing my name." She smiled brightly.

Rosie laughed. "It's nice to meet you all. I'm super excited to be working with you."

"Likewise, I'm Ross." He shook her hand.

Rosie felt her nerves settle a little bit. This was her first professional role and she thought most actors weren't nice people.

But Kiernan's shining smile and Ross' goofy personality made her feel relaxed. Everyone kind of welcomed her in right away.

"We're kind of a little family here. Everyone's a goof." Kiernan said as she showed Rosie around set.

They'd get to shooting right away so she needed to familiarize herself with everything.

"I'm a little nervous. Some of you have been acting all your lives and this is my first time doing something professional." Rosie admitted.

"Don't be nervous! I'll be here the whole time. So will everyone else. I got your back." Kiernan said wrapping her pinky with Rosie's.

Rosie smiled at the cute girl and nodded. They continued to walk around before directors called them back for a table read.
