Kiernan waited for her girlfriends plane to get in with excitement. They finished their movies and had about two weeks of freedom before going to shoot season three of Sabrina.

When Rosie stepped into the crowded airplane she immediately caught sight of Kiernan. She ran and embraced her tightly.

"Oh I missed you." She said taking in her smell.

Kiernan pulled back to kiss her after missing Rosie's face for two months.

"Happy birthday!" Ross said smiling.

The main gang was behind Kiernan holding signs, balloons and flowers.

"Wha-"

"The rest of the gang is at my apartment." Kiernan smiled nervously.

She had told Kiernan that she didn't like celebrating her birthday because of family reasons. But Ross insisted and Kiernan wanted to make her happy.

"Don't be mad, it's all Ross' fault." Kiernan whispered to her.

Rosie chuckled. "It's fine, my family isn't here to mess up anything I think I'll be fine."

"Well that's where you're wrong. You're family is here, and Ross messed up the surprise." Jaz joked.

Rosie laughed and walked out with them as she wrapped her arm around Kiernan's shoulder.

The party at Kiernans apartment was over the top in the best way. Rosie actually had a good time.

She hadn't celebrated her birthday in almost four years, due to her family.

But this family made her feel happy and special. They gave her gifts that she enjoyed. Ross got her a foosball table, Jaz got her a Slytherin sweater, Chance got her vintage books, Tati and Lachlan got her more Slytherin merch, Miranda claimed her present was planning the party and Lucy knit her a sweater.

But Kiernan's gift was the one that she loved most. It was a gold charm bracelet. Rosie recalled the time she told her about how she always wanted one because her mother had one.

Rosie's had a poppy charm, a book, an owl, a snake, and a heart that had hers and Kiernan's initials. She loved it.

The cast left after a while and Kiernan asked Rosie to stay the night.

"Have fun today?" She asked.

"That was probably the most fun I've ever had on a birthday. And I love my present, thank you." Rosie smiled admiring her bracelet.

Kiernan smiled and thought for a moment. Rosie immediately noticed her quiet demeanor and smirked.

"Go ahead and ask your nightly questions." She said , giving her permission.

"Why don't you like your birthday?" Kiernan burst.

Rosie giggled at her girl and sighed a bit. "My family is complicated."

Kiernan sat criss cross apple sauce and gave Rosie her full attention.

"My sister-"

"Eeeeellliiieeeee." A voice rang throughout the apartment.

"No. Fucking. Way." Rosie sat up.

"Ellie? You here? I've knocked on like five different apartment doors." The voice laughed at the end.

"Lily?" Rosie asked looking at the girl she hasn't seen in years.

"Sister! Happy birthday!" Lily hugged her sister and Rosie furrowed her eyebrows.
