Kun

Another Father and Son Duo

With Kun being focused on WayV, these two members haven't really had time to bond much. They only briefly met when Kun did the Chinese version of Without You and for NCT 2018. As Ash was really quiet, he wasn't able to initiate a conversation with Kun as the man was also busy. Nonetheless, as Ash has heard great things about the man, he sees him highly.

They were able to bond more during the promotions of NCT 2020. They might have not been the closest but to say that when Kun met Ash again, he was shocked. Firstly it came with the height having not expected the soft boy to be that tall. The second was how mature Ash seemed to be.

During this time also, Kun had heard about the eating habit of Ash. So he made sure to feed the boy as much as he could. He also asks for Ash's support when the younger boys were teasing him for being old. But to his surprise, Ash also somewhat teased him. Having said that, "Kun hyung, it's okay to be old. At least most have to respect and follow you," with that, he fled. (Being influenced by Haechan)Kun slowly processed what Ash said and wanted to also banter the boy back but found him to be gone. Huh.

Additional Things:

Ash being highly amazed by Kun's piano skills and asks him to help the younger boy when arranging a few songs

He continually teaches Ash how to cook as the younger loved to help out in the kitchen

Loves Ash's soft side and constantly coos at the boy but at the same time he faints when Ash demonstrates choreography for them, one of which is "Make a Wish."

When he found out that he was one of Ash's idols for vocal, he went and just stole the boy for a day. Let's just say that he and Taeil are kind of competing in a spot (jk jk)
