Wallys pov

"Zommy why you looking so Gloomy today someone make you .... I can't rhyme right now it's to early in the moorny." I watch as Zoom twitches with announce. I've only been working with him for a year maybe, even though it feels like centuries I've had to look at his big old frown. "Why did you wake me up so early anyway. I haven't even had my morning pancakes yet and I'm huuuungrrry." I moan to his side. "If you were listening to me yesterday u would know why we are heading to Gotham Mr west!" He hisses back at me.

OooOoOOOo Gotham I haven't been in Gotham yet. I've been warned to stay away since the creepy old bat doesn't like guests but I've heard Gotham has really good coffee. " SoooOoOOoo whiny ar-"
"I have a meeting with The Joker about a plane to take out the justice league. You will be coming with me for back up since the joker is unpredictable!" Zoom grunts out as he begins to leave.

The run from Central to Gotham was nice and peaceful. I don't get to much of a chance to run around anymore since zoom is still waiting for the perfect time to reveal me to uncle Barry. I relish in the feeling of air sparking agents my skin as bursts of colour blur past me, running is one of the only times I feel apart of something. I'm not as alone when I have the speed force surrounding me. Zoom usually runs ahead because I'm 'Slow' but I know where I'm going.

Gotham is alot diffrent then central. Is always dark and covered in trash and bad guys. You trust no one here since all of them are insane just by living here. There hero is a littral furry! There biggest threat is a clown with a gun, this place is a joke.

A shady warehouse appears were I'm heading. "Oh how original." I sigh, I don't know what I was expecting.

I arrive and stand next to RF and wait for further instructions. We don't have to wait long until a crazy laugh echoes around the walls. A flash of purple and green with a sickening red smile cracking up across his face as the joke creeps from the shadows. 'Ew creepy, wouldn't want him at a birthday party' zoom slowly steps forward and starts to talk about some random crap. I hear something about kryptonite and a gun bla bla blablabla. I start to get bored as I watch the older men walk away I was about to follow when I notice eyes watching me.

A small child stood in the shadows quite and still. 'How long has he been here???!!!' I jump in place. No one else seems to care so I guess he's not an enemy. He slowly steps forward and i get a better look at him.

A small yet musclely boy with the colours red, orange and black covering him. A dark cape with a hood over his head giving an extra dark vibe to his youthful face. A mismatched domino mask on and no emotion shown on his pale features. Weapons attached to his uniform and a really good ass.

As I check him out a creepy smile started to form on his lips and I feel myself start to get ready for a fight. He walks forward without breaking eye contact or losing the smile, my stomach flips. A quick movement and suddenly the boy striks a stupid pose. Duck face, hand on hip peace sign leg up "like what you see speedy?" Silence.

"HAHAHAHAHHAHA" A laugh tears through the room as the boy let's out a loud ugly yet cute laugh. After my shock wears off I'm on the ground laughing to. 'This is going to be fun.' I smile.

After a good couple minutes of laughing the tension in the room is gone.
"Hi Wallace Rudolf West." He says as he sticks out his hand for me to shake. I freeze. "Oh please it was easy to find out. Don't worry my lips are sealed." He mimes a zip across his mouth. "I'm Renegade, nice to meet you." ..... Renegade??? Why dies that sound so fimiliar? "Are u the guy with a 6 thousand bounty on your head who was able to paint Batmans car with a dick?" He lets out a small snort. " you mean Batsys batmobile? Yeah that was great. I didn't know it was going to make the news! He was not whelmed with my actions at all." He gives me a soft smile.

I slowly feel my heart rate pick up as Ren pulls his hood down, showing short raven hair. " so Wallace got any good stories?" I cringe at the name "eww no don't call me that I go by Wally, Wallace sounds to formal. But u can also call me kid zoom, or the streak, the blur or.... nah kid zoom" he nods in understanding "ok then. Call me Ren or R if you want I also can go by ace." He points to the r on his uniform.

As we talk I feel a connection grow between us as I listen to Renny make up words and show me his cool gadgets. I think I could get use to this is let out a sigh as I watch the young boy run around and wave enthusiastically.

I let out a laugh an hour later and we are talking about how stupid spiders are when a loud crash shatters the glass from above. A dark shadow falls from the sky and lands in front of me and my new friend. He gives us an ice cold glare that freezes me to the spot. Everything slows down as I hear a click next to me I turn to see Renegade flip off to the side and aim his guns at the bat.

"BATSY :D it has been awhile how's the batmobile doing? Have you been praying lately because your looking kinda holy." He smiles as he starts firing. I quickly get out of the way and press the warning to alarm Thawne about what's happening. " Streaky watch out." I hear Ren yell at me I move just in time to see a batarang hit the wall next to me.

Turning back to the fight I watch Renegade flip and dodge everything with ease and practice. ' he looks like he's flying' I run full force at Batman and nock him to the floor but he quickly slips my feet from under me and I end up on the ground to. I use my super speed yet batman doesn't flinch at all. Looking at Rens face I notice the same trance as they dance. Batman gets some good hits in but also gets hit back, I feel out of my element. Im about to run at him again and make a tornado but I stop in my tracks as I hear the laugh.

The Joker towers over us from the second floor laughing like he just heard the best joke of his life. 'Insane' I hear my thoughts whisper. Renegade smirks and starts to move into the shadows and vanishes into thin air. 'How he do dat' I stear into the shadows as I hear a cackle full the room with the jokers laugh.

I watch as the joker and batman start to speak to one another but I focus in on the hand that slides over my mouth.
I turn to see Renegade smirking at me then he winks. I feel heat rising to my face. "Follow me" he whispers into my ear. 'So close' I follow with no questions asked.
