-Michael-

I jolted awake to the sound of knocking. I sat up quickly and felt really confused. Wasn't I just at school? I don't understand why this keeps happening to me. I shrug it off again though and rush downstairs to get the door.

"I'm coming! Keep your pants on!" I call to whoever is at my door. Probably Calum. I swing the door open to reveal not Calum but Luke.

"What the hell?" I ask shocked. "How do you know where I live?"

"Hello to you too." he chuckled. I roll my eyes at him.

"How do you know where I live?" I ask again.

"Calum told me." he answers simply.

"What do you mean Calum told you?" I ask suddenly wishing it was Calum at the door and not Luke who is, by the way, looking extremely attractive today. Fuck, don't think like that. I'm supposed to be annoyed at him.

But do you want to be annoyed with him? Shut up. I need to stop thinking right now.

"I mean, I asked Calum where you live and he told me your address, you dork." he says. Oh, right. That makes sense. What doesn't make sense is why he wanted to know where I live.

"I'm still confused because why did you want to know where I live?" I ask.

"Okay you're really not this stupid are you?" he asks me leaning against the door frame. "Also are you going to let me in?"

"Oh uh okay sure. Come in if you want." I mumble and step aside so he can pass me. "I still don't know why you're here."

"Because I wanted to come see you. Plain and simple." he answers and sits on my couch.

"Okay..." I'm totally freaking out right now. This really attractive guy is in my house because he wanted to see me. He's giving some major mixed signals. I join him on the couch but sit as far away from him as possible. "Don't we have school today?"

"Dude..." he looks at me like I've grown a second head. "It's Saturday and it's like 3 in the afternoon." Wait what? What the..? Wasn't it only like Monday yesturday? I don't understand what's going on right now. It's like time keeps passing and I keep missing it. This is so confusing. My mind wants to question it but for some reason my body doesn't let it.

"Are you alright Michael? You seem stressed out right now." Luke asks with some concern. Weird that's he's concerned right now. I shake my head slightly.

"Yeah, it's nothing. Just forget it. Guess time has just been passing quickly." I mumble.

"Okay then.." Luke says a little confused. "Anyway, wanna do something?"

"Uhm like what?" I ask a little cautious.

"We should go on an adventure or something." Luke smirks. "It'll be fun, I promise."

"What adventure do you suggest we go on? Also I barely know you so why would I go with you?" I ask still wary of the guy.

"C'mon Michael let-"

"Wait I never told you my name. How do you...?" Luke is confusing the shit out of me.

"Duh, you have a best friend who I happen to know. I ask him these things." he says.

"Right, right I knew that. Shut up Luke." I grumble and sink further into the couch.

"Okay how about instead of an adventure we just go shopping at a mall? We gotta get out of here. It's boring." Luke whined. I groaned but agreed. I guess something would be better than just sitting here doing nothing all day. We got up from the couch and started to walk to the mall.
