Back at the Institute

Izzy's POV

We used our speed runes to quickly get back to the institute. Allison and I went in the back and there wasn't much Shadowhunter around, it was quite. We walk into the room where most of the weapons were around. I looks around at the weapons as Allison took a deep breath "So did you talk to Alec about the memories?" She shook her head as I sighed and Allison is about to take a weapon. "Uhhh  you know...I could go to the silent brothers.... I can take it" Allison said as I took a deep breath.

"I'm sorry, I've to do this Allison" I said looking down my hand as she giggled, turning around "what are you talkin ab-" I cut Allison off by blowing the dust in her face as she immediately went asleep but I caught her in time before hitting the ground. I sit on the ground holding Allison, pulling my phone out and calling Jace.

"It's done.....find the girl, Magnus should be here soon"

"We're on it"

"Jace...make sure Alec doesn't come back to the Institute"

"It'll be fine... How long do you need?"

"Give us 40 minutes, we should be done"

"Got it...."

"Please be careful, all of you"

"We'll be fine..... See you later"

I hang the phone up and stroked Allison's head waiting until Magnus would arrive.

Brooklyn

Jace's POV
I sighed, hanging up the phone with Clary, Alec and Simon looking around Cheryl's house for some clues. I take a deep breath, ready to lie to them as I walk over to them. I sighed loudly "well, Izzy and Allison will be in the Institute for a while, something broke down and they had to help out" I improvised quickly as Alec shook his head "What? No.... We need Allison, she's the only who who knows how this damn girl looks like! And we need Izzy like always" I sighed "She told me how Cheryl looks like.... Don't worry, they'll be with us in 40"

Alec sighed and looked away as Clary have me the eye look and I nod.

Back at the Institute

15 minutes later.....

Allison's POV
I slowly open up my eyes to see black dots around....wondering was I with Alec and the rest but instead I was....IN MY ROOM? I looked around and I couldn't move.... There wasn't any rope attached to me, it's just my body couldn't physical move. I grunt and twist my neck, trying to break free, from this weird spell, I guess you can call it when I heard footsteps. I open my eyes fully to see..... "The hell Izzy???!!!" Then this guy walks in, he had dark hair, slicked up like a mohawk and his eyes were dark brown. He was walks in and looks at me weirdly. I felt like I recognize him from somewhere but I just can't remember. Izzy starts whispering something to the guy as I grunt. "Izzy, I swear to god! What's going on? Why can't I move?" I threw bunch of questions and none answered. The guy walks over and smiled "you truly have your mother's eyes" I made a confused face "you know my mom? Wait who are you?" The guy sighed"Magnus Bane...." Wait... Did he.... Isn't the the guy who apparently took my memories???? "Magnus Bane as in the strongest warlock of Brooklyn? Didn't I say that I would go to, the silent brothers!" I said looking at Izzy as did Magnus. She nods and walks over to me. "We can't bring you to the silent brothers..... I won't let it happen, your still learning and we dunno what could happen" She says. I grunt "IZZY, this isn't cool! I can do it, I don't need someone who I specifically said not to come!" Izzy sighed "Al, you could die, I'd be damned if I let my best friend die!"

Best friend? I thought to myself

"Just tell me one thing...." I said softly. Magnus nods... "Why isn't he allowed to be here?" I asked out of curiosity. Izzy sighed "it's a long story..... For another time" I groan, knowing I wouldn't be getting an answer but I just relaxed after. Magnus lift's his hand up and magic was appearing "This is gonna hurt..... A lot, tell me to stop if you can't take it" I nod, thinking that was nice of him as he started. I screamed to the pain.

Cheryl's apartment

Alec's POV
We were walking around the apartment where the girl, Cheryl lived, to see if there was something that could help us. Next thing I know was my head going on fire. "Gahhhhhhhhhhhh" I groan, putting my hand to my head and duck down. Jace pops out of no where "Alec what's wrong?" "I.... Ugahhhhhhhhh" I couldn't say the words out cause the pain was too bad. "What's going on?" Clary asked coming in the room with Simon. "I don't know" Jace replied "Gah........." I grunt out as I closed my eyes for a split second..... "Allison?" I said to myself in my head, seeing her lying on the bed and groan in pain.

"AHHHHHHHHH!" She screamed and so did I.

There, I saw Izzy and.....Magnus???? "Ughaaaaaaaa" she screamed and I opened my eyes "ALLISON!" I shout out, feeling my forehead sweat. I jump up, feeling the pain still in my head as I went over the Iratze rune and the pain stopped.... temporarily but it should be enough to get back to the Institute. I take my arrow set and walk out the room.

"Where you going?" Jace asked I didn't turn around "not your damn business" and walked out of the building.

Jace's POV

"Shit.... This is not good" I said, putting my hand on top of my head. Simon stood there clueless "wa.... What happend?" Clary groan as I pull my phone out and dialed Izzy's number and put the phone on speaker.

"Hey..."

"He's gone, Izzy"

Clary shouts on the phone

"Gone.... Whatddya mean gone?"

"She's means, Alec screamed for few minutes and next thing we know, he calls out Allison's name and left....."

"But uhhh... We're not done yet, she sti.- ugaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!"

I could hear Izzy getting cut off by Allison screaming from the pain. Clary looks away as did I, we couldn't stand to hear one of our Shadowhunters in pain.

"Well Magnus better have it done soon or something tells me that Alec will leave if he finds out"

"I'll talk to him.... Thanks for the heads up"

I sighed, handing up the phone and looking at Clary and Simon

"Let's keep looking"

Back at the Institute

Izzy's POV
"Magnus, how much longer?" I lean over with him still focusing his magic. "Allison, do you want to stop?" He asked "No.... Ugha..... Keep going.... I, d...... don't car... Ugahhhhhhhaaaaaaa!!!!"

He quickly looks over at me "I need 20 minutes" I groan "Alec will be here in 10!" I could see him trying to focus but talk to me quickly at the same time. "Well then..... distract him? After I'm done, I'll do the portal and jump in"

I look left and right and then to Allison screaming. "Ugahhhhhhhhh" "GO!" Magnus shouts as I jumped and ran out of the room to the main center
