Allison's POV
The air was getting dryer by the second. I was so dehydrated, thinking what time it could be.... all I knew was that it was Tuesday and that was it.
Instead of thinking how to escape or how to take down Valentine.... I was thinking about the team. Thinking what they were doing. I was worried to much to think about the pain I was in.

I took a deep breath and got up off the dirty floor. I looked around my surroundings and it was plain.... expect my back which had a window with steel pipes blocking it and every time I looked out, all I saw was water. I knew I was on a ship but I didn't know how to contact the Shadowhunter's..... not anymore. But instead of sitting around and about to cry, I thought of something. If I couldn't escape this ship..... I'll just have to make amends with Valentine but also means.....

Alec's POV
Finally Jace and I reached the explosion. There was a black hole where the explosion happened and then groans. We looked to our side and saw two of the red circle. We both throw our weapons out, Jace with his blade to the cirlce memeber's neck and me with a perfect eye shot of the other circle member. "Where is she?" Jace asked as the circle member gulped. "WHERE IS SHE!" I raised my voice as they look at each other and laughed. Without hesitation I shot the cirlce memeber in the chest as he screamed for his life and burned up into flames. The other circle member looks to his side and stopped laughing. "Your next if you don't tell us what we need to know" Jace smirked as the circle member didn't budge. I had my arrow pointing at the last circle member to the head as he puts his hands up "Okay, okay! I'll tell you" he confessed. I lower my weapon as did Jace. The circle member takes a deep breath "She's on Valentine's ship.... I dunno where only that's it's in the south and it's casted with a spell to make it invisible" he blurted out. Jace and I look at each other "He has a warlock on his side" Jace said and I look back to the cirlce memeber. I put my weapon away and took the circle member off the ground, pulling him up close to me "If anything has happened to her, I will kill all of your members" I growl and let of him. Before walking off, I nod to Jace as he knew what to do.

I start walking away as I hear the last cirlce memeber scream before I felt the little heat off my back as he burned up. Jace had slashed him with his weapon since we couldn't let the member off, if he'd run back to Valentine"

"We have to get back to the Institute" Jace sighned and I nod. "I'll call Magnus"

2 days later

I was still in the cell, with nothing just a cup of water and food that started to smell. I didn't touch anything since I didn't know what he could have put in there.
I here the metal door open as someone walks in. Of course it was Valentine, he walks over to my cell with his arms folded and smiled. "Hello my dear, how are you feeling?"
I wanted to say something so bad but instead I just gulped it down and sighed. "I was a never really a fan of ships.... I get sea sick" I joked as he chuckled. "Maybe eat some food, it will make you feel better" I looked down at the plate and back to him "I'm okay.... I don't want to eat to throw it back out" he chuckled again. "I don't want you kept here you know that right? You are my daughter after all" I nod "I know that.... I can't change that, I just....." I looked away to the sheled window and thought what to say next "what is it dear?" He asked.
"I just can't wrap my head around all this, I dunno who to trust or where to go... I feel alone" I turned back around as Valentine sighed. "Mar- Allison, you can trust me. I am not the bad guy, why do you think I left the Shadowhunter's? Because they were the bad guys all along"
I made a little shocked face "What are you talking about?" "Back when I was in training, I learnt that the Shadowhunter's were helping the downworlders, helping those evil demon things as they tried to destroy humanity. It is how I met your mother. Only thing was she was in on it. I tired to stop the Shadowhunter's, I tried to save your mother but it was too late. They tunred against me, stripped me off with my runes and exiled me, so I had to create my own army to fight. That's where the red circle member came from. My own signature" he took a deep breath "We fought for decades but the downworlders got in the way, and people got hurt"

I closed my eyes for a moment when he finished as I stutter "So..... my mom tried to protect me because she didn't want me to find out the things she did?" I asked as he nods. "Yes dear.... I wanted you to know.... I wanted you to know what the Shadowhunter's really are. They are the real monsters and they won't stop until they have it there way" he stated as I forced a tear down my cheek. "I....... all this time, they just wanted me to hurt my own father?" I gasped little bit "I trusted him.... I trusted Alec. He opened up something that I never thought I needed" I said as more tears ran down, thats when Valentine opened the cell and walked over to me as I was on the ground. He puts his filtey arm around me and said "That's what they do, dear. They make you trust them and then they hurt you" I sniffeled "You don't understand.... I think...." I started but thought for a moment. "I think I was in love with him" that's when I realised I wasn't lying. The last part was the truth.
"My dear.... I am so sorry" he said as I started to cry really bad and he wrapped me around his chest. "Shhh, sh, shhh, it will be okay"
"He will never hurt you again, I promise" he said as I smiled that my first task is done.

Instuite

Alec's POV
"It's a clear area here, it would be possible to find some activity than having ships visible" Clary said point the the hologram. The whole team was around including my parents, Raphael, Cheryl and Magnus. "It's been 5 days.... they could be anywhere by now" Raphael stated and I nod. "Not quite.... if the ship is invisible and he has Alliosn captive what if they was just standing there. He more than likely has her locked up in a cell until she talks. So we have time to find her before she does say anything" Izzy said and she had a point. "Right I want you all to stay here and search for any circle members or strange activities. I need you, Clary" I pointed out as she looks over and nods. Izzy takes Clarys place and we both head up to my office.

As we got to the office, I closed the door and stood there with my arms folded. "What's up?" She asked and I looked to my side. "You have a gift, these special runes that no one has ever done. I need you to find a rune that could locate Allison or bring you there" Clary scoffed. "Your kidding right?" I looked at her with a serouis face. "Alec, you know I can't do that. The Clave and angles won't allow that's nod "That's why I am going to get magus to board us up in a protective circle that the angles or the Clave won't detect"
Clary sighed and thought about it for a moment. "I'll see what I can find" she said walked towrds the door opening it but before she walked out she said "Hey Alec?" "Yeah?"
"Do you love Allison?" She asked as my heart stopped for a moment. I gulped her question down and said "Tell me when you find something" and she walked out the door.
