This world we live in, is a lot of things and supernatural creatures aren't one of them.....

After fighting with the pack and winning..... It was time to start a new chapter in my life...
Moving to New York was the best decision, I've made.....try have a normal life but for some reason I feel like I'm missing something.

My boss is such a bitch but it's the only job I could have...... to blend in, in the day time and night....Hunting the son of a bitch who killed my parents...... I think I'm the only one from the pack who is still is on about the supernatural, still training in my apartment each night.
I clenched my teeth together, pulling a fake smile "Yes Ms Monet, it won't ever happen again..... Ma'am"

Monet scowled at me then she walked off as I letting out a huge air of relief.

I walked to my desk doing some papers like usual.

Institute

Jace's POV
I was focusing on the map, looking of ways of which some demons were on the loose and were killing the mundane's....when Isabelle spoke up.

"Jace, I mean, how sure are you about this?"

She was testing my doubts and I didn't blame her..... It's been 2 years since we've reunited it's going be hard.
I look up at her with my hands on the map to keep it from rolling up.

"I'm positive look, I didn't believe it too until Luke gave me a call and said that, their was a bodies drained of blood...."
"So it's vampires..... talk to Raphael and then we take em down" I sighed "It's not that easy" I said as Isabelle made a weird look."But how do you know the whole team will come back together it's been two years already" she adds in adds
"Well, those two years have been hella, annoying, going to art college and not fighting demons... Kinda in the mood to kick some ass"
We both shoot our eyes to, the familiar voice as I spot the beautiful redhead. "Clary..... you came" I let out as she walks down the stairs "You said it was important so better make it quick"

I rolled my eyes, chuckling and looking back at, the map.
Clary walks over towards the both of us as she examined the map.

"Is that, what I think it is?" She asked trying to keep her fear inside. I nod "yeah....this is why, we need to the get the rest back"

Isabella and Clary exchanged looks and nod to me. "What do you need us to do?" Clary asked for the orders

"Clary try get Maia, Izzy, you get Simon and Luke's on his way'' Clary nods unlike Isabelle but I didn't pay attention as I turn around pressing the secret button unlocking the small weapons as I picked up my things. "What about Alec?" I turn around to Clary surprised that, it wasn't Isabelle asking "He left a long time ago...." "Yeah but he's apart of the team..... The family. We can't do this without him" Clary says in defense. I didn't turn to face them at all, keeping my eyes on the weapons "Don't care... He made his choose" "Jace, he's our brother, and your past Parpabati.... Just let me talk to him at least" Isabelle says

I scoffed "alright... but your just gonna waste, your time" Isabelle scoffed the same and stormed off out of the Institute.

"Your unbelievable" Clary says turning to me "Wha...." I asked dumbly "You might not be on talking bases now but he's still your brother"

I refused to face Clary and kept looking at my weapons. I could hear Clary's high heel, click further and further away

"For what's it's worth, I think you should talk to him..... Maybe he'll come back"

I turn back one last time and Clary already walked off as I sighed.

Allison's Apartment

Allison's POV
I finally finished the last paperwork as I threw it on the rest of the stack.
It was so quiet..... All that was left was my boss and some model's packing up.

I got up, getting my bag and ready to go out of the exit.

"Ms Argent......." My face irritated when I heard the voice as I turn around and smiled "Yes, Ms Monet?"
"Do not be late tomorrow" I nod with a smile and walked quickly out of the building. I took in so much air as possible, wrapping my long coat around me to keep warm and made my way home.
