Couple of days later

Allison's POV
I got out of the bed and walked out of the room, as the metal creaked. I slowly looked around checking every inch of the ship, looking for a way of an escape. There were the red cirlce memebers everywhere I went, just looking at me, nothing else. I started to know where I was going, but one thing for sure was that this ship was huge. I finally got to the outside, where I heard the waves ever so slightly, when I looked all around the sea there was nothing, I couldn't see New York City, anything really not even birds or other ships. I found it strange but it clicked into me..... "I can't see the city, I can't see a soul in city....." then quitelty gasped. "The ship is invisible and cloked.... he must have a warlock on his side" I said to myself when I heard "What is that dear?" I slightly jumped around and chuckled. "Nothing just, it's really peaceful here" I crossed my arms. "Ah, yes it is. I've always enjoyed the sea, the waves as you feel like your body is floating" he smiled, walking towards me. "Yeah.... is really does" I smiled looking down. There was silence between us for a bit "Are you hungry? I am cooking lasagna" "Yeah.... I'll0 help you out" I smiled as we both walked back in the ship and to the kitchen we went.

Alec's POV
I was in my office, looking through paper work. I hear a knock at the door. I didn't look up from my paperwork "Come in" as the person entered. I look up to see it's Cheryl. "You can't be serious!" She said in a angry tone. "What?" "Your sitting here doing paperwork, while Allison is on that ship with Valentine. He could have brainwashed her for all we know!" She said as I looked down at my paperwork again. "It's not like that" "Really? Then what is it? I'm the only one here trying to find her while your doing god knows what!" I finally threw my papers away and stood up with my fists on the table. "I am the head of this Instuite, giving orders, fighting demons and trying to find Allison is not easy!" I raised my voice. "Alec we can't just stand here and do nothing!" She stated as I took a deep breath in and walked over to her. "I know. But listen to me, we are trying our hardest. The team haven't got any sleep for the past week, they are searching every chance they have. You just have to trust us" I said in a normal tone. Cheryl took a deep breath now, "I know it's just..... I promised I'd protect her and I failed" she said in sower. "I put my hand on her shoulder "Cheryl it is not your fault. Valentine is the villain in our story, we will hunt him down and he will suffer. I want Allison back too.... we all do. She's a shadowhunter, she's part of the family" I smiled slightly.
She put her hand on top of mine "I know... I'm sorry for bursting out" She said and I nod. I walked back to my desk as she walked towards the door. "Hey Alec?" She said as I looked back up. "Yeah?" "Do you love Allison?" As my heart stopped for the second time. I cleared my throat "We'll find her" was all I said not answering the question again.
She walked back out of the door as I slouched in my chair and put my hands on my face. "Ughhhh" I groan.

Couple hours later

I went down the to the head of the Institute where the whole team was including my parents and....the Clave? "Just perfect" I mumbled to myself. I walk over professionally as I greet the team and the Clave. Imogen Herondale gives me a look pointing me to the direction to my office. I nod tucking in my bottem lip as Izzy looks at me worried.

We got to the office as I shut the door. "Is there a problem Ma'am?" "Do you have any idea what a great deal of problems you have caused us?" I tilted my head in confusion. "Allioson Argent is not part of the Shadowhunter's. Her mother swore an otha that she will not go down this path or know about the shadow world. Now she has been captured by our greatest enemy and I see no process" she stated. I took a deep breath "Ma'am with all due respect, this is not what I thought would happen-" she cuts me off "of course not...." they straighten her back. "The Clave has decided, that it is in our best interests that you stop looking for Allison Argent and run your institute. You are getting distracted from your duties as head of this Institute over some mundane"
That's when my blood started to boil "With all due respect Ma'am, Allison Argent is not a distraction, secondly don't you dare come to my Institute and say that she is not a shadowhunter" I said in anger as Imogen chuckled in sarcasm. "Oh by the angles, this girl has put you in a trance. True love doesn't exist in the shadow world! It just distracts you to your destiny"
"I'm not in love with Allison!"
"Oh please.... you can fool your team but you can certainly not fool me. You have fallen for her, admit it or not. You are in love with Allison Argent and she has been captured so your only focus is now on her not what is going on the mundane world!" She said. I looked away for a moment. "Like I said.... I want you to stop this childness, Allison Argent has been taken by Valentine's for days, she is most likely brain washed by him to kill shadowhunter's. She is dangerous!"
I turned my head a little and saw her at the corner of my eye. "If I hear that you are still disobeying the Clave rules, you will be taken off as head of this Institute, do I make myself clear?!" She raised her voice at the end. I took a angry deep breath in and nod, looking out the window. "Yes Ma'am" "Then its settled. Allison Argent is gone"

Izzy's POV
"Allison Argent is gone" Imogen said as I growl. "Not on my watch" and walked away to the base.

I walk over to the team "Jace, Clary, Cheryl. I need to talk to you" I said as we went to the training room. I closed the door as I put my hands on my waist. "What's going on?" Jace asked. I take a deep breath "Your grandmother said to Alec that we have to stop looking for Allison. That she is dangerous, not even a shadowhunter. She told Alec if she finds out we are looking for her, he will be taken off as head of the Institute" I said in sadness. Clary jumps in "what? But that crazy. Allison is one of us, the Clave can't just say we can't save her" I shrugged my shoulders "well apparently they can and will" I sighed. Jace crossed his arms "What are we gonna do now?" Cheryl asked "Simple.... we are gonna keep it on the low" Alec walks in. "Alec" I said suprised. "I am not gonna have one of our's be brainwashed by Valentine, not on my watch" "But the Clave-" Clary started but Alec cut her off. "I don't care what the Clave says, I am not gonna stop looking for Allison. We will keep it on the low, we will go to our secret base. We will each take turns at the base. Izzy, I want you to go the the secret base and open everything up. We haven't been there in years so just set up. Clary and Cheryl take Raphael to Allison's apartment, try find something. Get Magus to portal you guys..... Jace your with me" Alec gave us the orders and we nod and we went down the steps together as the Imogen watched. We all looked at her with the corner of our eye and we went our separate ways.

"Centrale city has been spotted with demon activity" Clary said looking at the hologram. I look at Clary and nod. "Let's go" Alec orders as we nod and left the Institute.

Allison's POV
I was mixing the beef as Valentine put in the vegetables. I decided to put on a song and danced to it. Valentine chuckled as he danced along.
I smirked as everything was going according to plan.

Izzy's POV
I finally arrived to our secret base. I looked around if anyone followed but it was all clear. I drew my rune to make the base visible as I walked in and de runed the rune. I walk in pitch black, switching on the light. The light flickers and I coughed. I haven't been here in years, time to do a makeover.

Clary's POV
As ordered, Cheryl and I brought Raphael and Magnus with me to Allison's apartment, of course Magnus made a portal for us to go there. We 4 hope out and it was dull, like no one has lived here for months, smell of rotten food in the air.
I take a deep breath, "Okay.... Alec said to look for something out of the ordinary. Raphael you go to her study room, Magnus your loving room.... Cheryl, your with me" they all nod as Raphael vampire speeds to the room. Cheryl and I walked over to Allison's bedroom. I switched on the light and looked around.

Alec's POV
Jace and I got to the city center where demons were fighting wearwolfs. One of then was badly injured as Jace and I took our weapons out and fought.

Couple of hours later

Izzy's POV
I tunred on every equipment that worked, checked if we had our safety volt with our weapons too. I took a deep breath and sat down, searching for ships, sea.... anything and everything I could find.
That's when my phone rings, it was a private number, I look at it oddly as I pick up. "Hello?" I said but nothing just deep breaths but more female tone "who's this?" I asked again.
"Izzy" that voice was too familiar. I gasped. "Allison?" I said with tears in my eyes. "Are you okay? Are you safe? Where are you?" I rushed with questions. Allison's voice shivers "It's cloked..... I dunno where I am, I dunno how long until he does somethingto me" "Allison we will come and find you, that's a promise" "Allison.... are you here dear?" I heard Valentine's voice as the phone instantly goes dead. A tear goes down my cheek.

Alec's POV
I got a call from Izzy saying to go to the base, Jace and I got there as fast as we could. "Izzy.... what happened?" I saw my Izzy looking at the hologram screen as Raphael and Clary jumps out of the portal. "Hey what's up?" Clary asked worried. "Izzy say something" Izzy took a deep breath "Allison called me...." and that's when my body froze for a moment "What? When? Is she okay? Where is she?" I asked bunch of questions. "She's fine but we need Magnus and Cheryl more than ever" I looked at her oddly. "She's on a ship that's cloked and she doesn't know how long she will last until something will happen" Izzy said.
We all gasped.
