The following day

"Okay, we need to split up. The Clave will wonder where all of us are. Clary and Jace go back to the Institute and get Cheryl first, explain everything and bring her here. Izzy and me will stay here and try locate the ship....." They all nod and left the hid out.
I take a deep breath and crossed my arms, Izzy puts her hand on shoulder "It will be okay big brother. We will find her" she reassured. I sighed "Let's just start looking"

Jace's POV
Clary and I walked back into the institute and hear "I demand to speak to my sonvvvp, where is he?!" I see Maryse giving out to Cheryl. I quickly run over and sighed "Ma'am, Alec is out, he didn't say where he left to any of us" I explained. Maryse took a deep breath "Fine.... tell him to come down to my office when he arrives" she ordered as I nod. I took Cheryl by the arm and Jace followed us to training room.
"We gotta act fast. The Clave and Maryse are on our asses already" Jace worried. Cheryl sighed. "Cheryl there's something we need to talk to you about actually"

Alec's POV
I sighed, looking at all the locations I could find when I hear a bang at the door. "When were you gonna tell me?!" I heard a familiar voice, Izzy and I turned around and it was Cheryl, Jace and Clary quickly followed. "Cher-" But she cut me off. "No, your gonna listen to me now.... I already blame myself for Allison's capture. But this?-" but this time Izzy cut her off. "Cherly can I talk to you in private?" She asked getting up off her chair and took her to a spare room. Clary and Jace sighned "so find anything?" Jace asked but I shook my head. "I think so"

Izzy's POV
I closed the door behind us as Cheryl walks around in anger. "You, guys are unbelievable. Allison could be dying and.... oh my god" she started off but broken down slowly. She falls to her knees on the floor and started to cry, I took a deep breath and down beside her, as I out my both hands on her shoulders. "Cheryl, we just found out. We got Jace and Clary to get you as fast as possible" I said as she sniffled. Even when she was crying, she was beautiful. "It's all my fault Izzy..... if maybe I could hav-" I cut her off before she could finish.
"Hey...." I said as I put one of my hands on her soft cheek, "you know it's not your fault. You just did your job. We all have things to do, people to sacrifice. You chose to protect Allison and not tell her about our world until now" I explained. "Yeah but now she taken by our worst enemy" "And we will take that son of a bitch down. He will burn in hell for what he has caused. But don't ever say it's your fault" I explained. We both kept eye contact for a moment, and next thing I know our lips connected. We both went in at the same time, and the minute our lips touched, I felt this vibration through my veins. Her lips were soft.

After few seconds, we stopped and looked at each other. Cheryl smiled as did I "I've wanted to do that for a long time" She said as I giggled. "So did I"
We look at each other with a smile when we heard a knock at the door. I look over as Clary popped her head in. "Hey, Alec is aksing you to come back, it' important" she said as we both look at each other and nod.

We all walked in as Alec stood there with his arms folded. I noticed Raphael and Magnus were here too. "I've found something that could possibly lead us to Valentine and Allison" he said as he moves forward to the screen making it 3D. "You know when on sea there is raido frequency all over to detect ships. Well while I was searching, I spotted one part of the sea where the frequency glitches. Only thing is-" I cut Alec off, "there isn't a ship in site" I finished his sentence as he nods.
"Jace, Clary, Magnus and I will go to the location. I want you, Cheryl and Raphael to stay here and find if there is any other frequency" he explained and I nod unlike Cheryl and Raphael.
"That's not gonna happen!" Raphael growls.

Alec's POV
I sighed. "My sister is taken by Valentine and you want me to sit here?!" I tilted my head. "Excatly your sister. Your emotions will get in the way. We don't need you to compromise this mission" I stated but it didn't finish there.
"And what about you huh?, you don't have any emotional connection with Allison?" He said, coming up to my face as everyone froze. "Your in love with Allison, and you're worried i'll compromise this mission?" He said out loud as I stood there, gulped, and controlled my anger. "You are staying here, and that's an order." With that, Raphael vampire sped out the base as everyone looked at me.
"Let's get a move on," I ordered as Jace, Clary, headed out. I walked over to Izzy. "Bring her home, Alec," she said and hugged me as I hugged her back. "I will," I said and looked at Cheryl, who nodded. I nodded back and left the base.
