It's been one week in the glade and Newt's been completely ignoring me. I decided to just leave him along, even though I mostly work with him in the gardens. Apparently, Sonya doesn't like to get dirty so she has the job of doing nothinh but pick flowers. I found it completely unfair but I tried to argue with Newt and failed. Since Alby died from a griever sting, he's taken over. He also always spent time with Sonya. Today was no different. I sat on my knees, tieing vines when I heard Newt and Sonya talking. "Hey their Newtie, I was wondering if you were gonna sit with me at the bonfire tonight!" She says in a baby voice. Newtie! Only I call him that! I started crying when he answers "Ofc Baby." Baby! They were dating. Tears stream from my eyes as I stand up and run as fast as I could to my safe spot. The tallest branch on a tree in the deadhead. The tree was encircled in my favorite flowers, sunflowers. I hear loud footsteps and Newt calling my name. I try to sniffle my sobs but he hears me. "Y/N, whats wrong, are you ok?" He looks at me. "Just  go back to your shucking girlfriend! Not like you care about me anyways!" I cry out. I quickly cover my mouth. He looked shocked. "Yes she's my girlfriend but it's cause she's nice and beautiful, but I'm not leaving my best friend crying in a tree!" He talks softly but the wind carries his voice. "Exactly! I'm nothing now! Nothing Newt! SHES the pretty one! SHES everything to EVERYONE. I'm not needed anymore! I'm ugly and stupid and annoying! You left me to cry every bloody night in this tree! Cause you were to busy sucking the life out of Sonya to realize I'M NOT OKAY!" I scream the last part. He lookd ashamed, mad and upset all at the same time. "I-I-I'm sorry Y/N, your my best friend, I didn't mean to hurt you." He stuttered. "No Newt! I WAS your best friend! SONYA is now! You don't hear the things she calls me! She calls me a Slut! A whore! A hoe! She tells me I'll never get you! She cuts my wrists when I'm alone! YOUR IN LOVE WITH A SHUCKING MONSTER!" I screamed, tears running down my cheeks, sobs mixed in with my yells. He stares at me. "S-s-she does that to you?" He looked completely regretful. I nodd, still crying, and now hiccuping. He looks down.          "Come down please." He stays calmly. I shake my head no. But, I bolt down the tree and to the vines. I climb up and turn to the maze. I see glader gather and Newt and Sonya among them "I'm not needed anymore, noone wants me here. I'm exactly what Sonya said. I'm ugly, useless, unwanted. I'm decided to let you all have peace and Newt can shuck Sonya in peace." I hear people scream no! and please stay! But all I hear after that is the wind in my ears and ringing in my head. My last thought was
I promised Newt I would never jump, I promise I wouldn't do what he did. I lied, atleast to the old Newt. I felt my bones crunch under me then, everything went black.
Noones POV:
Sonya looks at the broken body of the only other girl. "YES THAT SHUCKHEAD DIED!" She jumps for joy. A little black puppy runs over to the body along with a balling Newt. "What are you doing babe?" Sonya softly says to him. "GET AWAY FROM HER! YOU DID THIS! YOU! YOU SAID ALL THOSE THINGS TO HER! YOU MADE HER FEEL TERRIBLE! I NEVER LOVED YOU! I LOVED HER! YOU KILLED HER!" Newt screams at her. She looked shocked as she sees the guys she stole from Y/N scream at her. Newt cradles Y/N's broken body. The dog lays his head on her stomach. "pls no, no no no no come back, i need you, pls stay with me. i-i-i love you." He says softly to Y/N. His voice breaks with each word until he's sobbing again. "We're done Sonya. Go away from me and never come back." He hisses. Sonya nodds and runs to her hut, she'd just take a glader named Winston instead. Y/N starts to stir and she hazily opens her eyes. "newt? im so sorry.." she whispers, crying into his shirt. She passes out again. "im sorry too." Newt says in her ear.

1 week later:
Newt's head was in Y/N's lap as the sit in the warm grass. Y/N had been recovered in the med jack hut. They sit in the grass and look up at the clouds. "I love you Newt, will you be my boyfriend?" Y/N says suddenly, twirling his hair in her fingers. He looks up at her "I love you to Y/N, I will." She kisses his lips. They tasted of blueberries from the ones they ate earlier. He kisses her back. She tasted of strawberries. Then, a commotion breaks out at he runner's hut. Something big was happening...
